I had no idea what to expect as I only went off the ads on the radio and tv. I was pleasantly surprised with how professional, transparent and efficient the support staff and repair technician were. I was given options by my technician Trevor Derfield and I selected the best one for my needs and he took of everything in an hour with no mess left behind. He was friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service!

Your Technician Walker was a true professional all the way from calling to let me know he was on his way to cleaning up after the job was done. I needed a new rubber strip at the bottom of the garage door. The 2 gentlemen measured and installed it very quickly, then walked me through the process. I also asked them about my garage door keypad. They explained what was going on with it (old, outdated) then installed and programmed a new one. Many thanks! The guys were great!

I am very happy with the service provided by your technician David Morgan, he was very pleasant and did a great job. But the pricing of the product by your company is outrageous ! for a motor which sells on line around 150.00 dollars , i was charged and paid 1029.00 dollars. To me this is very unprofessional and not good for the reputation of your company . David was nice enough to call on my behalf to see if we can ger a reduction in price and the answer was No. Obviously I would not recommend your company to any one and not use you again in future ! a big Thank you to David for his good work .

Dave was my tech and from the moment he arrived he did a 110%+ job. Dave listened to what I was faced with and then went to work examining my door and opener He pointed out issues that I had overlooked, explained in unassuming terms why it was important and what alternatives were available Long story short the door needed replacement and could not be serviced not what I wanted to hear but even given the circumstances Dave handled the total experience with professionalism and helped me, the customer, to have a truly good experience given a not so great situation I’ll definitely use Precision in the future and recommend them to others Thanks again Dave!!!

My garage door opener was 16 years old & recently been having issues. I talked to other realtors & got good feedback on Precision. Jake Jones came out-called before arriving & introduced himself-showed up on time & reviewed our situation. After he got done with his investigation he showed me what he found & explained our options. We decided the best course was to replace the opener. He had all the items & completed the entire thing in little more than an hour. Then he helped me program my cars. Jake was very professional & took his time. Cleaned up & told us he would come back if we had any issues. All in all a great experience & would highly recommend to anyone needing service

I used Precision to repair our garage door opener approximately one year ago and was very pleased with their professionalism and quality of work performed. So when we experienced some additional problems I contacted Precision to assess the problem and recommend the appropriate repairs. Unfortunately the motor, spring and peripherals all needed to be replaced. Everything was explained and all the repairs were completed quickly and professionally. Excellent job! Very happy with the results.

Appreciate the fact they were open on holiday weekend. Scheduler was courteous and made a prompt appointment that day! No extra charge. Technician called advised a a realistic arrival and was there in no time. Assessed problem and resolved it record time. He was pleasant and professional. Prices were reasonable. I would have given a 5, however I haven’t received a receipt for the work. Techs were on time, did excellent work. Supposed to have a warranty, but I have received no documentation to validate the installation or the purchase, or the warranty.

I still feel the cost was probably higher than some other companies, but a friend recommended you and I needed my door fixed. I am a fairly recent widow and learning to do these things that my husband used to do is, at times, daunting. Thank you for coming out so quickly to help.
