Great service but overpriced. Had 2 cables replaced. Took him less than 10 minutes and paid $275. They probably paid $20 for the cables.

Very prompt and professional. David did a quick diagnosis and was very knowledgeable. Luckily it was just a loose wire but he made sure my settings were safe and correct and gave me great tips for upkeep in the future. Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

David was an excellent technician. He analyzed the issue quoted a price and fixed the problem (brackets holding motor broke). He installed higher quality angle iron and made entire system more stable. He checked wiring to ensure safe operation.

The technician (Tim) came out within a day of me reaching out to the company. His check of the door and the specific issue was comprehensive and he gave multiple options based on timing, cost, and property specific issues. He was very knowledgeable about the different openers and what all of the features were for each one. I was able to take his knowledge and settle on an option that worked well for me. The next day, he was back and had the whole job done in about an hour and a half.

my plan wasn't Ferst. The representative was really good. He looked at my problem and quoted me a price. He didn't seem confident on being able to fix it. We talked about installing a new garage door opener and the price was just more than I was prepared to pay, but the experience was really pleasant and I would use you guys in a minute

I had an excellent experience with Precision Garage Door Service thanks to the technician, Trevor Derifield. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Trevor took the time to explain everything clearly and walked me through the work he was doing so I understood the process. He worked efficiently, did a top-notch job, and made sure everything was running smoothly before leaving. It is rare to find someone who is both skilled and personable, but Trevor absolutely is. I could not be happier with the service. My garage door has never worked better. I highly recommend Precision and especially Trevor for anyone needing garage door service!

We are extremely impressed with Precision - who we found online after reading reviews for multiple companies. Our garage door motor stopped working. We made an online appointment and the very next morning Derek was at our home to diagnose the problem and replace our unit. His customer service was excellent - he went over the issues and solutions in detail, talked through payment options, and after the job was finished thoroughly reviewed all components with us for use and maintenance. He didn’t try to oversell us and reaffirmed the parts of our system that were in fine working order. The new unit is working perfectly and we’re very happy!

Matt was on time, very cordial. No pressure and got me the bare bones garage door opener i was looking for installed in an hour.

Bob B. the tech was amazing. Prompt, thorough, frank/honest, pleasant and extremely helpful overall. I confess I know little about garage doors and thanks to Bob I am a lot smarter. Although the repair required more than I had thought was required, after reviewing the condition of the door it was obvious that everything Bob pointed out had to be addressed or a disaster may have occurred later.
