Precision Garage Door of Columbus very much exceeded my expectations, beginning with an immediate response when our garage door refused to move. Every item on our garage door was checked. The door itself was OK, but most parts--including the Liftmaster, on which the motor itself was failing, needed replacement. Your representative, Bill, was very professional. He thoroughly explained what we needed and why it was necessary, then stayed late and completed all the work. His dedication to his position and his knowledge were both impressive. I registered for an appointment online during the late afternoon; your representative was there first thing in the morning. Precision Garage Door has now become our contact for all related to the garage door.

My garage door quit working, and I looked online to find a company to fix it. Precision Door had a lot of reviews that were excellent. I called them and they were able to schedule an appointment the same day. The technician was on time and very professional, checked out my garage door, (which was fine other than the spring being broken), and had it fixed in about an hour. I will definitely use them in the future.

I'm really frustrated that I put new garage door opener by follow instruction and it's wont let me to open or closed with remote or on wall button. Then I decided to contact Precision garage door service to come and help me to figure out what did i wrong then in a hours he found the errors and fixed it...now its work with remote and button on the wall... My garage door would not come down, it was already evening. The scheduler was so kind and got me set up for early the next day. Bob and Zach took their time figuring out the problem. They were courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Bob explained what needed to be done. I feel as if I have two new garage doors they did such a nice job repairing them.

I appreciate coming out fast response but nothing got fixed. The tech mentioned the garage door was unbalanced in the statement but didn't mention anything to resolve balancing the door. It would have taken 30 minutes to tighten the upper spring so the door is not so heavy half way down. Instead he tried to upsell me on a new motor/parts which is unheard of for a 3 year old garage. On top of that the motor he put in the quote is the same HP as my lift master? All he had to do was re balance the door which would have fixed the issue.

James was very courteous and did a fantastic job and informed me what the garage door needed and repaired the door very quickly. We were very happy with the repairs and I even talked to him about a humming bird feeder that we have in our front yard that has a camera and he thought his mother would enjoy being able to watch them when they came to the feeder. It really is cool. He was great. Thank you again. I would like to get a copy of the bill. I assume you will send me an email or a text with the bill included

Great service but overpriced. Had 2 cables replaced. Took him less than 10 minutes and paid $275. They probably paid $20 for the cables.

David was an excellent technician. He analyzed the issue quoted a price and fixed the problem (brackets holding motor broke). He installed higher quality angle iron and made entire system more stable. He checked wiring to ensure safe operation.

The technician (Tim) came out within a day of me reaching out to the company. His check of the door and the specific issue was comprehensive and he gave multiple options based on timing, cost, and property specific issues. He was very knowledgeable about the different openers and what all of the features were for each one. I was able to take his knowledge and settle on an option that worked well for me. The next day, he was back and had the whole job done in about an hour and a half.
