Glad I called before the door would have broken. He listened to all I knew about the past operating quirks. The busiest door in the house is all well now!

Performed the work within the expressed time frame. Demoed the new product. Asked if I had any questions. Processed payment quickly. My invoice says total invoice & total payment is $915.87. My credit card receipt is for $964.07. I realized there was a discrepancy at the time but assumed it was sales tax. However, the amount is not correct if that is the case. Why doesn’t the invoice show sales tax? Was I overcharged? Also, your initial appt confirmation said En W was my service technician. Derrick called & showed up. His picture was not in your original email. It was disconcerting but since he drove a Precision truck & had a Precision shirt, I had to assume he was legit. A couple of weeks ago, I returned home from working late, to discover that my garage door would not raise. That in itself was not that big of a problem. It just meant that I would have to leave the car outside for the night. However what was problematic was that my wife would not be able to get her car out of the garage the next morning to leave for work. I promptly called Precision. I was told that they could have someone at my house between 8 & 10 the next morning. It was crucial that they would arrive early enough to allow my wife time to get to work by 9:00. Thankfully our repairman Kayne S. showed up at 8:00, and made it possible for my wife to exit the garage in plenty of time to make it to her job. Kayne was cordial, polite & professional and explained what had gone wrong with our door. He showed payment options and offered helpful suggestions and advice for future reference.

Dustin put my opener at my other house. He was so pleasant and kind. I recently moved and thought I needed a new opener. I requested Dustin and he was here in the allotted time but turned out I didn't need a new one. He could have easily sold me one but was honest enough to say I didn't need one. Trust him no one else. Very honest young man.

The springs broke on our garage door, so we called Precision Garage Door to come out to fix it. Our technician Dustin K. was awesome!! This young man thoroughly inspected our door to reveal it definitely was the springs. He showed us a couple of different options for repair and once we chose one, he was ready to get the job done. He explained what he would be replacing and the length of time it would take to complete. Once he was finished he showed us the old parts and what had happened. He cleaned up all the old parts, got payment and was off to his next repair. Thanks Dustin for your knowledge and prompt work. I would definitely recommend this company as well as Dustin. My garage door wasn’t opening up smoothly and was jerking. The chain that goes into the door opener was hanging as well. I called precision door service after seeing their ad that they have same day service. The tech that came to my house was great and very professional. My rollers and springs and some other items were replaced and the door is opening very smoothly and is working great! I appreciate their fast and professional service. I would definitely recommend them and would use their services again, if needed

I really can't say enough good things about Precision Door Service. I called around 9:45a on 12/24/2020 and they had a technician(Matt E) come out to the house around 4:00p. He did a very thorough inspection of the door and found several other things wrong that I hadn't noticed and wrote up the estimate. Once he started the work he was done in a very quick time, he did an excellent job. He was very professional and detailed. They even called one time to see if they could come sooner, but unfortunately we could not make that happen. Truly a great company from the staff that answers the phones and makes the appointments to the staff that comes to the job site and performs the work. Would highly recommend using them and will use them again.

Technician arrived on time, went over all issues with me in a very understandable manner. Proposed repairs that were needed were within my budget and they had the job done in under 90 minutes. The technician then went over everything that had been proposed/completed and now my door closes properly, noise is almost non-existent and I have two openers! Our service tech, Tim, arrived about 2 hours after I called. He inspected our door in a few minutes and gave us our options. He then repaired our broken torsion spring in about 30 minutes. I was ready to pay for a job well done when he informed me that after speaking with the central office, they were going to waive the entire cost of the repair! Amazing! I will now donate that money to my local charities and food pantries. Thank you! #PayItForward

11/20/2020; 5 Stars. Garage door spring broke 6am when leaving for work. Called and reached a live person at 6am - amazing! and scheduled a service tech who arrived at noon. Tech's name was Brian. Very knowledgeable, professional and engaging. Gave me different pricing options and quickly completed repairs. I will certainly recommend this company to neighbors and friends. Scott Creed.
