Precision Door Service fixed the garage door in less than 4 hours from the time I call Technician, Derrick is very professional and courteous Price to install the new hinge and Angle Iron cost of $155 (including Service fee of $55) seems a bit high but I am not sure about the costs since I never got any quote from any other company. I definitely recommend them for the time and quality of service I received. Thanks,

Precision repaired springs on our garage door in 2008. Unfortunately one of the springs failed and broke this week in 2016. I called Precision and they honored the lifetime warranty for the springs, immediately responded, and had our garage door working again within hours of the break. I'm totally satisfied with the quality of the work and the overall experience. Precision will absolutely get a call when I need service in the future.

After calling to make an appointment, I received a confirmation email with the ability to see who would be coming to my home for the service call. The tech was friendly and professional. He did a thorough job of assessing the problem and answered all my questions. He gave me options for the repair without pressure to buy. We needed springs replaced, but I opted to do an overhaul on the rollers and bearings. The door runs smooth and quiet. I would highly recommend Precision garage door company.
