We were looking for information and pricing for a keypad on the outside of our garage that operates the garage door. I got a rough price on the phone from Kelsey, and she said they could have a technician out that afternoon. He'd look at it and give me an exact price. Derek came, looked at our setup, and gave me a price that was right in the range Kelsey had estimated. I gave Derek the go ahead and it took him a very short time to get everything up and running. I'm very pleased with the service I got from Precision.

My appointment was scheduled for between 4pm and 8pm. Needless to say I was extremely surprised when I received a call from Jonathon Swartz at about 2:45 asking if it was okay for him to come as soon as he could get here. When he got here he diagnosed the issue. Showed me what the problems were, explaining everything, unlike the install company. Had everything needed to fix the problem and was gone before my 4pm appointment time. Very professional and if there are ever any other problems with my garage door, Precision is the only place I will call.

Had a spring break. Came out the next day (Sunday) and replaced springs. Very friendly Tech - gave info about what he would do. When finished, of course the garage door went up and down fine, and was very quiet, too. Great Job.

My 17-year-old garage door came off the rails and would not open or close. I called Precision and they set an early appointment for the next day. From the agent who took my call to the tech that came out to work on it-- just a fantastic experience! Matt Eberly was on time, courteous and explained the options on fixing the door and even made some great suggestions on preventive maintenance. I decided to have the door overhauled with new rollers, springs, and a reinforcement strut. Matt repaired the door in about an hour and noted some issues with the door and railings and made the adjustments to them. I came away from the experience knowing that the door was fixed right and that it was money well spent. Overall, I give Matt and Precision a 5-star rating on their services.

Our Sonata was stolen by 2 teenage boys in broad daylight from driveway. Within 2 days it was in the Police Impound Lot with so much damage. One thing missing was the garage door opener. So I called to see what could be done to keep them out of my home. The two young men came (Blake and ??) within an hour, wore masks, told me what they could do, how much it costs and got to work. I couldn't be more pleased (well, show me the 2 car thieves in jail). They changed code and replaced opener. I am going to add a new keypad that they will come back to do. Both young men were knowledgeable, personable, hard workers which speaks volumes for your company.

Great customer service experience from beginning to end. I was able to get on the schedule within a very short time frame. The technician was scheduled the next day, I had an appointment time frame of 8:00 am - 10:00 am and the technician called at 7:45 am to say he'd be there in 15 minutes. Tim was great - he installed the unit and walked through all of the steps to get us set-up. Thanks again for a great experience.

My experience with Precision Door has been fantastic. They repaired broken torsion springs in December 2020. In January 2021 my garage door opener failed. The company that repaired the opener claimed that the wrong springs had been installed a year earlier. I was expecting a fight on my hands. I called Precision that day, they sent a technician, David C., within the hour, and he fully acknowledged their mistake. He was fantastic. He installed the correct springs and arranged for Precision to refund the amount I paid for the opener repair. In my wildest dreams I could not imagine a more satisfactory solution. I would recommend Precision Door Service without reservation.
