Tech Dustin K's other excellent reviews are absolutey without question. Most helpful for me was his clear descritpion of needed repairs, inculding actually showing me the defective parts needing replacement. An employee's excellence is only possible if management's focus on the bottom line includes the importance of true customer satisfaction. Rapp/Precision is not the least expensive garage door service provider, but "you get what you pay for" truly applies.

As I am not nearing sixty, I have learned that there are times when a homeowner simply needs to hire a professional. After taking out the trash late Sunday evening, I noticed that one of my two torsion springs had snapped. (Not surprising as they were, I believe original and over 40 years old.) I had seen Precision's commercials many times and looked them up. The posted reviews were glowing, and I learned that they have a 24/7 staffed phone available for appointments. Even though it was late Sunday evening I was able to make my appointment for Tuesday morning. Everything about the process was VERY professional. Immediate confirmation via email. A phone call Tuesday morning when the were on route. Clear explanation of what was in need of repair beyond just the broken spring. Multiple estimates based on the level of repair. Despite all the parts I chose to replace, (springs, bearings, cables, rollers, tracks) everything was done within two hours. I am thrilled with the new life my existing door now has and am thankful not to have to worry about a catastrophic failure some morning when my wife or I head out to work. The only downside, I notice the sound of my garage door opener a bit more now because the door itself is so quiet! Thank you to everyone at Precision for exemplifying what it is to be a professional. Our garage door spring broke as I pushed the button to open it trapping both cars inside. It was 3:00 in the afternoon and I had to be at work the next day at 7:00. We called Precision and Derek M. was there within the hour and had us fixed within two hours after arriving. He was courteous, professional and efficient, told us what had happened and what our options were. The door now works better than it ever did...much quieter, and operates more easily. Your ads are effective because you incorporate different employees showing the human side of your business. Your ads make it easy to remember your name and business. Thanks Derek and Precision.

Walker - He took his time and effort to inspect the failures on garage door. He's able to break down the pricing quote based on what's neccessary to repair to fit with my budget. He got the job done on same.day and next day to replace another defect part - rollers. It nice to have someone to come out get job done during evening hours.

Our garage door keypad had stopped working months ago and I saw commercials for Precision Door on NBC4 and decided to call them. They had an appointment the same day, but we had plans. So they came out the next morning and replaced our keypad. Jonathon Swartz was our service guy and he was super nice and professional! He told me all about how to replace the battery on our new keypad and did general maintenance on our door. I highly recommend this company

I am writing this review on behalf of my sister who had you come out and repair her garage door. I was beside myself when she told me what she paid to have repair work done on her door, $1700.00 and they only replaced parts not a new door or opener? I ask her to send me the invoice for review and it made me wonder what sales training school they send your techs to upsell service parts. Along with the price for simple things like Torsion cables & center plates. This bill was twice as much than it should have been in my opinion, based on estimates from other companies using the same parts. Seams like when you find a single older individual who needs help quickly, its all about the money for Precision. 100% satisfaction, I don't think so. This is my opinion, if you like your money, compare Precisions estimate to any other company before you buy. thanks for taking the time to read this review.

Fast Service! Called this morning of May 2nd told me they would be here between 2-6pm. Received a call a few minutes later. The tech told me he would be there within 20 min. I just had a battery and spring replaced on my garage door. A very nice gentleman named Tim did my repair. He was extremely professional and explained everything to me before starting the repair. I have seen the ads on TV and always said if I needed a repair that's who I would call. I did and I am very satisfied with the work and the cost. Thank you!!

Online I was attracted to your advertising for various times of available appointments and the numerous positive reviews. I then experienced prompt earlier than expected, appointment with a very wonderful technician Tim, who inspected and gave me all options of immediate necessary repair for my garage door. He also replaced a keypad and showed me how to lubricate and maintain use of my door and left me a can of lubricant Although quite pricey, I was so happy to have the service, I did not say anything.

Everything was great, the tech took the door off and installed all new supports and the door and was only here about three hours. When I inspected the door and pay for the service, I was informed the tech let someone take the old door. I was charge 100 dollars to dispose of the old door and don't think it fair practice to charge me something that was not completed. I would like a 100 dollar refund added back to the card use for the service. Thank you James Salyers.

There was a small communication breakdown in lining up the job. It was no big deal and I shared it with my technician so he could provide his team with feedback. At the end of the job he said he had already shared the feedback with the office and they've incorporated the feedback into their regular training. Management gave me a discount because they felt bad about the communication breakdown. Definitely not necessary but definitely a very kind thing to do that communicated a real concern for customer satisfaction!
