Everything was great, the tech took the door off and installed all new supports and the door and was only here about three hours. When I inspected the door and pay for the service, I was informed the tech let someone take the old door. I was charge 100 dollars to dispose of the old door and don't think it fair practice to charge me something that was not completed. I would like a 100 dollar refund added back to the card use for the service. Thank you James Salyers.

There was a small communication breakdown in lining up the job. It was no big deal and I shared it with my technician so he could provide his team with feedback. At the end of the job he said he had already shared the feedback with the office and they've incorporated the feedback into their regular training. Management gave me a discount because they felt bad about the communication breakdown. Definitely not necessary but definitely a very kind thing to do that communicated a real concern for customer satisfaction!

Came out within the hour and had the repairs done in the same day! Gave me several repairs pricing options ranging from ~$300 - 4k. I went with $4k just to get it over with and they were done that afternoon. Both gentlemen were friendly and did a great job. Garage doors work beautifully now.

I've seen Precision Door Service commercials for some time, but never needed them until Sunday morning when my garage door spring broke and the roller came out of the track. I called them at 10:00 AM and Bianca was very friendly and professional as she scheduled an appointment for that day between noon and 2:00 PM. Derek called shortly after noon and told me he was on his way. He was friendly and professional, and after assessing the situation, prepared three estimates for me ranging from "just get the door working" to "fix the problem and prevent future issues". I chose the full service including preventative maintenance and approximately 90 minutes later the door worked better than it did when it was brand new. If you want an excellent customer service experience, give these folks a call.

Two years ago they fixed our large garage door on the day we called them. Today at noon a part broke, and they repaired it under warranty by 3:30. Excellent!

Called at 8 am to schedule an appointment to get garage door repaired lady was very nice and pleasant. Schedule for same day between 10 and 2. Getting ready to leave for work they called to send over tech then. David was very professional and got the work done quickly. Door is quieter than it was. Dustin was very polite and friendly. Fortunately for me he arrived earlier than the scheduled time. He went out to the garage and inspected the spring, shaft, and bearings. Advised me what it would take to fix and didn't try to sell me a lot of things I didn't need. Proceeded to replace the spring and had it repaired in about a half an hour. He is a very professional employee and I highly recommend him.

The sad news is we needed a new garage door but the great news is how amazing the people at this company were. I had seen an ad, and my husband googled…we called each other with the same company! Isn’t that the hardest part? Knowing who to call. But the experience itself warrants this 5 star review. I’d give 6 stars if I could. Sarah was amazing…she helped us navigate options and made it easy to say yes, going the extra mile to call and get our order in before close. And my car was trapped in our garage- Dustin came out and got that out safely. What a relief. I’d highly recommend this company.
