We were very impressed w/the prompt service. We had Walker, who was very knowledgeable & thorough. We did not feel pressured to purchase anything though we did opt to make some upgrades. He was extremely friendly & professional & explained everything clearly. We would recommend Percision & him to anyone looking for reliable work.

You were actually my second choice after my first choice, (Apex Garage Door Service) ended up being very unprofessional. Thank you so much for sending out Tim Tomlinson Jr. As soon as he showed up to my home, I could tell he is a professional and I clicked with him immediately. He was very polite and pleasant to speak with. He was very clear what needed to be done and completed the job in a very timely manner. I was very impressed! I would very much recommend this company if ever need be. I am a very happy camper today because of Tim Tomlinson Jr. Have a great day and a safe 4th of July weekend!! BE SAFE!!

My husband was very pleased with the service we received. When I asked about the service, he said "it was awesome" The Tech (Walker (A)) ran into traffic on his way here and kept Jim informed as to when he would arrive. Would highly recommend Precision.

My appointment was scheduled between 12&4. Tim called at 11:30 and was here at 12. Amazing! He was very professional and inspected my entire door before repairing. I was not oversold and he only had to replace my broken springs. I will only use precision door service. Great job Tim and thanks!

Broken door spring on 26-year-old door. Fast friendly service by David C and Rico. You can tell when service people have the knowledge and experience to do the job right, and they sure did. Had all the parts and bits in the truck so one visit and it was done. Even did a great job cleaning up when done. Door works better than when it was brand new. You can open and close it with one finger. Precision came recommended and so glad they did, and I will also.

Technician (Lake) diagnosed several problems having to do with the age of the garage door: most of the hardware had simply worn out. He replaced all necessary parts quickly and efficiently and explained what he was doing at every step. He even went the extra mile and remounted the obstruction sensors at a better height. Great job all around.

He provided me three options, I picked one, he installed.....lol Everything is soooooooooo much quieter now. He explained everything, was courteous, and cleaned everything up before he left. Thank you and have a great day. Roxann

I had 2 garage doors installed and couldn't be more pleased with the product and service. A week after the install I needed a minor adjustment and called them on Wednesday afternoon and the technicians arrived Thursday morning first thing. I would recommend Precision to family and friends.

Called Precision due to advertising which impressed me. It felt comfortable and I thought they'd be honest and do the right thing for my situation. Technician, Matt Eberly, was great at explaining what was needed and could be done. I had total trust and was reassured that I had options. My choice was to go with the medium repair quote and was not disappointed.

David C. was timely, professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. He was also very friendly and explained everything that was wrong with my garage doors. When he left, they worked liked they were brand new!!! I have wood garage doors that were old and damaged and he repaired them (without the cost of replacement that would have been VERY costly) and we are VERY happy with his work!! Would HIGHLY recommend!!!!

Tech Dustin K's other excellent reviews are absolutey without question. Most helpful for me was his clear descritpion of needed repairs, inculding actually showing me the defective parts needing replacement. An employee's excellence is only possible if management's focus on the bottom line includes the importance of true customer satisfaction. Rapp/Precision is not the least expensive garage door service provider, but "you get what you pay for" truly applies.

As I am not nearing sixty, I have learned that there are times when a homeowner simply needs to hire a professional. After taking out the trash late Sunday evening, I noticed that one of my two torsion springs had snapped. (Not surprising as they were, I believe original and over 40 years old.) I had seen Precision's commercials many times and looked them up. The posted reviews were glowing, and I learned that they have a 24/7 staffed phone available for appointments. Even though it was late Sunday evening I was able to make my appointment for Tuesday morning. Everything about the process was VERY professional. Immediate confirmation via email. A phone call Tuesday morning when the were on route. Clear explanation of what was in need of repair beyond just the broken spring. Multiple estimates based on the level of repair. Despite all the parts I chose to replace, (springs, bearings, cables, rollers, tracks) everything was done within two hours. I am thrilled with the new life my existing door now has and am thankful not to have to worry about a catastrophic failure some morning when my wife or I head out to work. The only downside, I notice the sound of my garage door opener a bit more now because the door itself is so quiet! Thank you to everyone at Precision for exemplifying what it is to be a professional. It means the world to me and my family. Robert V.
