Reviewed/read other reviews and the BBB reviews, heard the company's advertisements... Choose this company based on the reviews. Phoned and made the appointment for same day, customer telephone rep was polite and courteous. Technician, Malachi Strickland, arrived within window of appointment, was very professional, helpful and easy to talk with-explaining everything including answering questions; thank you. I would recommend the company to others.

I required a Saturday night visit after my garage door was damaged and the door would not close. The technician called to let me know he was 18 minutes away. He arrived, very professional in his manner and indicated he would assess the damage. Following his survey, he put the results into a quote with a senior discount that I approved. He explained it would take an hour. Very competent, respectful,. This is the second time I have used Prescion. While pricing is high, service is very prompt and good. Thank you

My sensor was knocked off alignment. The tech knocked it back into place. He was very kind and thoughtful. Because I did not want to be a total waste of time, I went ahead and did a maintenance call. He explained the worn parts and everything else I needed to know. All in all a nice tech!

The representative arrived well within the given window. She was very courteous and professional and helpful. I have heard a lot about the company and from people the company had worked for. That the company work performance is very high and that you really take care of your customers. I was between repair and new garage door. I have made up my mind that I am going for a new garage door.

Danny Quinn was the tech. Did a Great Job would recommend the Company and Tech. Your advertisement about having everything needed on the truck and expert technicians to do the job. Your Tech. was courteous and professional and helpful. You are a good judge of character, if all your techs. are the same you have a very good Company. Thank You!

I was concerned about the stability of my garage door opener. I procrastinated for a bit. I finally called Precision Garage Door of Columbus. They sent a representative out the same day I called. I appreciate the effort to communicate an ETA; further I received a text with a picture of the technician prior to his arrival. He (Bradley), arrived in a timely manner, introduced himself and proceeded to inquire as to what my concerns were about my garage door opener. He evaluated the situation, thoroughly explained his findings and provided me with options and/or recommendations to consider. Any questions or concerns I had, he answered. I am extremely pleased with Bradley's (Brad) service. Great technician, great service, great company.

The service done by the technician, Malachi, was top notch. I always call precision door of Columbus for my garage door needs because they are knowledgeable and efficient and very trustworthy. I replaced a very very old garage door opener with a newer model of Genie and the “Tax season” discount they are currently offering was a nice savings. It’s nice to have my garage door going up and down smoothly and quietly once again.

The technician was great. My complaint was whoever installed the system. The first time didn’t hook it up properly which caused it to break so they charged me for something he didn’t do properly.

Tony from Precision was fantastic. He went above and beyond and even swept parts of my garage. The door functions perfectly and he fixed my wall button. I highly recommend Precision for quality service.

A AI search told me you were the top rated company in our area. Pros: The service tech that came out and ended up doing the work was topnotch. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. The product seems to be very good quality and the five year warranty is good. The tech was glad to patiently answer every question I came up with. Cons: I had the spring system and the opener system replaced. I’m confident that was appropriate. However, your prices are at the top of the scale for our area. I had done my research and knew that about the pricing before I approved the job. The great performance of the tech prompted me to approve the job even though I knew the price was at the high end of the scale.

Service was prompt and the service provider was helpful and polite. They offered more than I needed just then, but there was no pressure on the sale. I would give it a 5 if they had not put me through the process of turning down that offer, but still pretty darned good.
