Tim did a great job. He arrived on time, and wore a mask all the time he was with us. That was important to me. He was professional and courteous. He showed us the options and answered our questions. It was great to have Precision Door Service come out to assess my garage door. The gentle man called to confirm his appointment time. He arrived early and assessed the problem. The service provider told me what the issue was with garage door motor and provided factual wearing of it. He listened to my request for receiving estimate on new garage door opener. He did just that. He provided choices for the garage door opener and pricing. I'm glad to know Precision Garage Door was easy to access and assess my concerns. Even though Precision offers options to pay; I plan to utilize the service at a later date. Thank you!????

Very responsive, came right away and the “sales” guy was quite nice. However he gave me three generic numbers, never itemized anything and said that’s the best he could do for me. He tried to add in things that weren’t really needed, even at the lowest option. Unfortunately, the cheapest option was 650$, and after asking around others, I was told I was being ripped off. Better yet, they even knew the name of the company without even me telling them, which goes to show their reputation. Called a local guy I was recommended by someone who flips homes, came out right away and it was fixed for half the price, 350$! Please support local, if you can, which I did more research. Oh, I was also told that I wouldn’t be charged an assessment fee, but was of 50$. Overall disappointing experience and wouldn’t recommend, there are much more reasonable places out there!

Tim Jr. Came out quickly to reprogram my remote, keypad, and on board control after the remote was stolen from my car. He was thorough and explained everything. No attempt to upsell. Charges were extremely reasonable.

Immediate response (same day) and great attention to my need. Tim was masterful in his work. He explained everything and provided excellent service. Only suggestion would be a little more attention to clean-up as I found some debris the following day (not much) and more up front information on any coupons for discounts. Stupid me waited until it was cold and the first major snowfall to call about our garage not working. Cain arrived in a timely fashion and did a thorough inspection. Our door was relatively new but the rest (except the tracks) needed replaced. He gave me some options to choose from. Though I didn’t need this extra expense this near to Christmas, I believe I was given an honest cost for the repair. I hope I don’t need them back anytime soon, but I have a feeling they will be here if I need them. I recommend Precision. Cain was friendly and explained in a clear fashion the work that needed to be done. And he also gave me a thorough explanation of everything he did. I highly recommend Cain, also.

I was just ripped off by this company. I ran into my door and needed a few repairs. They added many other charges and repairs to the bill. I spoke with another repairman who verified this but they had already started the work so I wasn't able to stop it. When I asked the repairman to stop and quote me on the work he had already done because I realized the price was too high he told me that he isn't able to raise the door to remove his items and gave me a breakdown of why it is that price which seemed like he was replacing too much unnecessary stuff. Then he "talked to him manager" and somehow was able to come down over $300. I was still ripped off even with that price so I am not happy. I'm thankful that they were able to come out over the weekend but also know that I could have saved at least a couple hundred dollars had I been able to wait until Monday.

I was looking for door service to get a new lock on my door. Mr. Walker Furpahs came to my home. I had been told that I could not get have a power door. Walker told me he had everything on his truck to install what I needed and he would install it now. Walker is real pro five star tech. I am happy with what he did for me.

I chose Precision from a referral of a friend who had a new door opener installed a few weeks ago. I was really surprised when I called yesterday and a technician, Walker, was able to come out around 4:00 PM in the same afternoon. There had been two lightbulbs over the last six months that hadn't just burned out, they actually exploded and sent glass all over the garage. I've never really been happy with the way the door itself was working. It seemed noisy and seemed slow at times and faster at others. Walker went over everything and found some things that didn't seem to be done correctly when I had the garage built last year. I asked him if he would give me an estimate to repair the entire thing in order for it to perform correctly. Again, I was surprised after I okayed the repairs and he was able to replace the opener and repair the other things the same evening. I thought it would be several days to repair. My garage door is now steady and quiet when opening and closing. He arrived around 3:40 PM and was done and on his way by around 7:00 PM. He was very pleasant and informative. He had no problem answering any of my questions or showing me and explaining to me what he was doing. I grew up with three brothers and they were always helping me and showing me how to do things so I've always been interested in seeing how things work. Because of them, I feel pretty self sufficient today. I may be 75 years old but I'm still learning. Walker is a great asset to your company. I will have no problem recommending your company to anyone I know who is having a garage door problem. Thanks for "fixing my garage door"!!!!!!!!! Judy Squeo

dI needed my garage door system fixed. A young man named Walker came and looked into my situation. Since my prior work had been done by Garage Door Service the motor was theirs. It was a circuit problem. Being on a strick budget, I could not afford a new one. Walker walked me through all of the senarios and I ended up not fixing now. There was no charge and the technician was wonderful I would recommend Precision to anyone for honest estimates and excellent service. A definite 5.

Tim was my technician. He arrived on time and quickly determined what his next steps were. Due to prior poor maintenance the door was loud, shaky and operated erratically, causing it to jump off the rails. He replaced worn rollers, adjusted the rails and lubricated the hinges. Door now opens very smooth and quiet. I couldn't be happier with the results, and Tim never tried to sell me work or parts I didn't need.

I called precision,they had someone come the same day and fix my problems. Very courteous. I had a large gap big enough for a squirel to fit under and the old opener would not let me program the in car openers to it. They found a frayed cable so I had them go ahead and change cables and install new opener. They even programmed both cars to the opener for me. Very pleased with their work.
