Hello Precision: Our service technician was Matt -- he did an absolutely GREAT job. Our repair job was somewhat involved, and Matt took the time and effort to explain it in full detail to include 1. the problem itself ( there were actually several problems ) 2. options the customer had to fix. 3. repair costs. 4. Follow up information, i.e., contact numbers, warranties, etc. The bottom line -- Matt is certainly a keeper and THANK YOU. RICK HIGGINS

I have a garage door at an apartment that has intermitently had issues that the tenants were frustrated with. Precision came out and made some adjustment that seem to be solving he issue. The technician, Kayne, was so nice and showed me what to look for with the sensors. I was so happy to get someone that would come out the same day and at the beginning of the 4-hour window I was given! I would highly recommend this company!

David Simpson did a good job and I had no complaints with his workmanship. I did feel Precision was a bit pricey but that was my fault for not gathering estimates first. I will say that I first contacted Pioneer Garage Door who we used several times in the past, it went to voicemail but never got a call back.

All I needed was spring installed. Door its self was already installed. Technician came out said he wasn't familiar with type of spring that I had. (Standard single car garage door purchased from Menards). Quoted me a price of almost 2 thousand dollars (1800) to install a different spring. Didn't do any work, just looked at it and still charged me a 50 service fee!

Thomas Timmons was incredible. He called 20 mins. before arriving. He explained everything he was going to do (evaluate, inspect, diagnose and correct the problem). He made recommendations of things that he felt should be addressed in the future but was not pushy in trying to get it done now. He took the time to explain the cost of the equipment needed to replace the sensors. He tested the equipment when he was done and then had me try it myself to make sure it worked to my satisfaction. He made sure we had no other questions or concerns about our garage door. He explained the payment process and offered a receipt and explained that an email receipt would also be sent.
