Getting ready to leave for work they called to send over tech then. David was very professional and got the work done quickly. Door is quieter than it was. Dustin was very polite and friendly. Fortunately for me he arrived earlier than the scheduled time. He went out to the garage and inspected the spring, shaft, and bearings. Advised me what it would take to fix and didn't try to sell me a lot of things I didn't need. Proceeded to replace the spring and had it repaired in about a half an hour. He is a very professional employee and I highly recommend him.

The sad news is we needed a new garage door but the great news is how amazing the people at this company were. I had seen an ad, and my husband googled…we called each other with the same company! Isn’t that the hardest part? Knowing who to call. But the experience itself warrants this 5 star review. I’d give 6 stars if I could. Sarah was amazing…she helped us navigate options and made it easy to say yes, going the extra mile to call and get our order in before close. And my car was trapped in our garage- Dustin came out and got that out safely. What a relief. I’d highly recommend this company.

My appointment was scheduled for between 4pm and 8pm. Needless to say I was extremely surprised when I received a call from Jonathon Swartz at about 2:45 asking if it was okay for him to come as soon as he could get here. When he got here he diagnosed the issue. Showed me what the problems were, explaining everything, unlike the install company. Had everything needed to fix the problem and was gone before my 4pm appointment time. Very professional and if there are ever any other problems with my garage door, Precision is the only place I will call.

My 17-year-old garage door came off the rails and would not open or close. I called Precision and they set an early appointment for the next day. From the agent who took my call to the tech that came out to work on it-- just a fantastic experience! Matt Eberly was on time, courteous and explained the options on fixing the door and even made some great suggestions on preventive maintenance. I decided to have the door overhauled with new rollers, springs, and a reinforcement strut. Matt repaired the door in about an hour and noted some issues with the door and railings and made the adjustments to them. I came away from the experience knowing that the door was fixed right and that it was money well spent. Overall, I give Matt and Precision a 5-star rating on their services.
