Trying to program the door opener for a new vehicle we just picked up and the spring broke on the door. We were surprised when we called Precision that they could come out yet that evening and fix it. Dustin called when he was on his way, arrived and reviewed the situation, showed me what else was excessively worn and provided a cost to repair up front. We agreed and in about 45-60 minutes we were operational again! pleased to be able to park the new car int he garage and not have to leave it out overnight. Dustin was exceptional in explaining the problem and what needed to be completed. Very pleased and would highly recommend this team!

It’s never convenient when your garage door won’t open and you can not get your cars out! I called Precision on Sunday morning and they sent a technician later that day. No extra charge for a Sunday call due to our location. That’s a huge plus! Tim Jr. came out and installed new springs and new garage door opener…. made our garage door like new. He is who I want in our home for this service. Tim is polite and worked hard until the job was done! He treated us like family. Thank you for the service you provide. We are very satisfied.

Hello Precision: Our service technician was Matt -- he did an absolutely GREAT job. Our repair job was somewhat involved, and Matt took the time and effort to explain it in full detail to include 1. the problem itself ( there were actually several problems ) 2. options the customer had to fix. 3. repair costs. 4. I have a garage door at an apartment that has intermitently had issues that the tenants were frustrated with. Precision came out and made some adjustment that seem to be solving he issue. The technician, Kayne, was so nice and showed me what to look for with the sensors. I was so happy to get someone that would come out the same day and at the beginning of the 4-hour window I was given! I would highly recommend this company!

David Simpson did a good job and I had no complaints with his workmanship. I did feel Precision was a bit pricey but that was my fault for not gathering estimates first. I will say that I first contacted Pioneer Garage Door who we used several times in the past, it went to voicemail but never got a call back.
