Today, I had a clicking noise in operating the door, and a part of the rubber trim had popped out in a spot. Alex fixed it all, very quickly. We had a spring break in one garage door. Precision was able to come out the very next day. We decided to replace the spring in the other door as well as get new openers since our remotes no longer worked. We were able to get a great deal for all it. Johnny was very knowledgeable and professional and finished all of it in a few hours. What amazing service!

We had a issue with our garage door. It seemed like a small thing at first but it turned out I was convinced that I needed to call Precision Doors I’ve knew that I could depend on them to take care of my problem. David showed up and tried to fix the problem but it didn’t work so he had to replace the part. It was just the bottom of the door was hitting the boat tongue. So it bent the door and tore that piece off and he replaced it. He was quick and very friendly and explained everything about what our options were. We have used your company a few times before and would highly recommend you to anyone and everyone that I know. I love that I have used a coupon the last few times and saved me some $ which is great especially these days.

I chose Precision because of the wonderful commercials. They are everything they said. Excellent service and i am very pleased. Matt E. did a tremendous job. He is the epitome of what every employee should be. He was very professional and very positive. He kept me informed and knew everything about repairing the door. My door is now quiet, operates efficiently and it is nice to use my remote to open/close my door. My puppy, Bella thought she came to see her. She had to get some belly rubs and hugs. Matt is the creme de la creme of Precision. I am a very satisfied customer!!
