Your logo caught my eye (overhead garage PRECISION door service ) as i was looking through the phone book years ago. yes. we have used your service before and will continue to do so whenever we have a problem . You were actually my second choice after my first choice, (Apex Garage Door Service) ended up being very unprofessional. He was very polite and pleasant to speak with. He was very clear what needed to be done and completed the job in a very timely manner. I was very impressed! David was helpful courteous friendly and nice and knowledgeable explained my different options for new springs and the difference between the two and the #Warranty and explained about the rollers I had him replace them too and he replaced the seal on the bottom of the door very happy with the work

My appointment was scheduled between 12&4. Tim called at 11:30 and was here at 12. Amazing! He was very professional and inspected my entire door before repairing. I was not oversold and he only had to replace my broken springs. I will only use precision door service. Great job Tim and thanks!

Broken door spring on 26-year-old door. Fast friendly service by David C and Rico. You can tell when service people have the knowledge and experience to do the job right, and they sure did. Had all the parts and bits in the truck so one visit and it was done. Even did a great job cleaning up when done. Door works better than when it was brand new. You can open and close it with one finger. Precision came recommended and so glad they did, and I will also.

Technician (Lake) diagnosed several problems having to do with the age of the garage door: most of the hardware had simply worn out. He replaced all necessary parts quickly and efficiently and explained what he was doing at every step. He even went the extra mile and remounted the obstruction sensors at a better height. Great job all around.

David C. was timely, professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. He was also very friendly and explained everything that was wrong with my garage doors. When he left, they worked liked they were brand new!!! I have wood garage doors that were old and damaged and he repaired them (without the cost of replacement that would have been VERY costly) and we are VERY happy with his work!! Would HIGHLY recommend!!!!
