So...woke up this morning after thinking all night about my garage door not functioning. Saw an ad on the morning news. Called and talked to Bianca, got scheduled for the afternoon. Tim Tomlinson called and asked to start early...discussed the opener, had one on the truck. Perfect install, changed out rollers and top brackets. It now operates quietly, opens smoothly as it should. I couldn't be more pleased, and it was all installed within several hours. Unbelievable service, Tim was very professional, and I got to use a coupon as well. Money well spent. Very satisfied customer. Thanks!

Joe did an honest and outstanding job for us. Knowledgeable and skilled as well as polite. He assessed the overhead door, which was completely off kilter and missing rollers and partly off the rails. He explained how the malfunction happened and advised he could fix it, now. Assured us that the major parts were still good... door, rails, springs, and tensioners. In short time he had the door working perfectly. Very fair pricing. Excellent customer service. We would recommend him. We have been in our house for 34 years and do have our go-to garage door company. They were closed, on vacation. Found Precision online and we are glad we called them. Excellent work.

The technician was on time, dedicated, and fast! It is winter in Ohio complete with sub-zero temperatures. We recently insulated our 2-car garage door to help ensure the temperature does not fall below freezing (we have an axillary electric heater). We recently added insulation to our garage door (R15). We knew the weight increase of 50-60 libs would affect the operation of the door. Precision being the original installer 4.5 years ago and having used them in the past at other locations we were confident in their ability to run the calculations to establish and replace the original springs with ones that would now be compatible with the added load of adding insulation. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door! RK

I have asked for my final invoice twice, which was supposed to be sent to my email address & have still not received one. i waited to do the review hoping to receive it, but a day and 1/2 later, still nothing. would give you higher stars for the service but the billing is part of it.

The entire experience was amazing...except for the reason I had to call for assistance. The folks answering the phone were pleasant, compassionate, and so helpful. i called late afternoon and was promised assistance that same evening. However, the technician came an hour earlier than the initial starting time for the appointment! My door was completely off track, dented, rollers all over the garage floor and resting on the top of the bars on the roof of my car. David was incredible!!! He secured the door so he could lift it and I could exit the garage. He then did all necessary repairs. I couldn't be more pleased not only with his work, but his attitude and politeness. In a little over an hour I had a functioning garage door! I will surely recommend Precision Garage Door Service!

I was scheduled the same day I called. I had a problem with a door opener Precision had installed last summer. The technician arrived on time and fixed the sensor that had been slightly bent. He also checked and oiled the chain. I needed an extra opener which he had on his truck. He was polite and professional, and finished up quickly. I would definitely recommend Precision Door to anyone.

We are so grateful to Sarah and Dimitri from Precision Door. First Sarah contacted us when she heard about the damage to our door. She met our schedule and met with us at a convenient time for us. Andrew called about 15 min before arrival and was so pleasant to meet. He explained what he was going to do before looking to see what the issue was with my door. Fortunately it was nothing major BUT explained what the issue was and what to do if it could occur again (weather related) as well as suggested maintenance tips to keep my door/opener running smoothly. With plans to replace the door in the spring/summer I will definitely call Precision Door bc the ease in booking my appointment, timely response and customer service was excellent!

The scheduler was helpful giving several options for times of repair. Patrick "Conner" Mulligan was our repair person. He called ahead and was prompt. He explained what needed to be repaired and why. He carefully repaired the garage door; it was much quieter than before. I would recommend both Patrick and Precision for garage door repair. One minor detail: he forgot the paper coupon for a Free Service Call, but he did include the discount in the final charges.
