If you need of a new garage door or repair of existing door, I highly recommend Precision Door! I had a new garage door installed about one year ago. There were no high pressure sales techniques, they didn't try to upsell me, and the cost was extremely competitive. Yesterday, my son crashed into the bottom of the overhead door. We immediately called Precision and their tech arrived around 9:00 AM (the next day) and was able to repair the door. The sales force and technicians are highly trained professionals and I will surely contact them for future services. Thank you, Megan and Ead, you're a great team.

My entire experience was great! I was able to have someone come to repair my garage door the morning after my call, they came and gave me 3 options; Good, Better and Best. I went with the "Best" option as I didn't want a quick fix, but wanted a long term solution. I have a 7 year warranty, and the garage door is so much quieter when going up or down! I also won't worry about the garage door falling down on my cars in the garage! Thank you!!!

I have used Precision Garage Door Service before that is why I called for help. I was able to get a appointment right away. Dave and Adam showed up and they will never understand what their kindness meant to me. They both introduced themselves the minute I met them in the driveway and from then on I just can't say enough about them. They made my otherwise bad day into a good day. This morning I saw a Precision Door van across the street where I live. I walked over and talked to technician Jason Daring about getting an estimate on a new garage door. Even though Jason was busy, he took time to answer my questions, give me an estimate on a new garage door, and get me scheduled for an appointment. He was very kind, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Without him I wouldn’t have agreed to do business with your company.

Spring broke on my garage door and called on a Sunday and had someone out the next day. Tim called me to let me know he was on the way to make sure I was home. Tim looked at the broken spring and walked me through his repair recommendations giving me multiple options. Once I gave him the option to fix the springs he completed the repair in 1 hour and then walked me through the completed job and warranty info. I will definitely use Tim and Precision again for any garage door needs I may have.

Sarah Crowe was very through in her description of the door requested and installation. The appointment time went from morning through the website to 12-2pm confirmation later sent, to her arrival at 2:45pm. I guess if I had something else to do this would have been irritating, but I didn't and she was very polite and quick.

Derek came out to my home in the evening to fix a broken spring on our garage door. The door was not functional and we could not get my wife's car out and she had to leave for work first thing the following morning. Derek showed up super quickly and was EXTREMELY professional, courteous, and respectful of our home. He was able to fix our spring and get our door up and running again. The cost for the repair was quite high (which is my only knock on the experience), but i suppose its the price of having an emergency repair completed in the evening hours when nobody else is open or will come out to help. Regardless, the cost does NOT reflect negatively on Derek (as i presume its set by Precision and not the tech) - he was truly a life saver and i couldnt have asked for a better personal interaction in this emergency situation. Big thanks to Derek for helping us out in a pinch.

We had a new opener installed in August of 2021 and had the wireless app installed for remote garage door opening through our smart phone. All worked well until we upgraded our internet service to 5G a month ago. Now the phone app won’t work. This was the reason for the service call. Service tech stated that unfortunately there is no fix for this. Now I know that our opener/opener app won’t work with the 5G internet. Guess we’ll just have to live with the issue.
