I contacted Precision Door because several of my neighbors had used the company and were happy with the work. Tim, the technician, came within 2 hours of booking the appointment. He did a safety check and gave me several options to choose from for repairs. He did the work right away, explained everything and was very pleasant and helpful. He programmed my car to open the door too.

When I experienced issues with my garage door motor, I contacted the vendor that originally installed it. They never got back to me. I remembered Precision from vans in my neighborhood as well as a (long) past visit, Their website made it easy to schedule an appointment, and the confirmation I received was clear and accurate. The tech did a great job of explaining why I needed a new motor. The work was completed promptly and well. When I could not get my car opener to sync with my new motor, I called Precision (as my first tech told me I could), and by the end of the day all was well. The second tech was timely, professional, and PATIENT. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

Your technician, Adam, was prompt for my appointment today. He had assisted me previously with a substantial garage door repair in 2023. My issue today involved a bolt dislodging from the arm of my opener, disconnecting from my garage door. He inspected the issue and was able to replace the bolt and the pin quickly, reattaching the opener to the door. He was at my home approximately 10-15 minutes, and did not charge me for the visit today. I appreciate this gesture so much and will continue to ask for your assistance, if needed in the future. I was a loyal customer of another company for years. Less than three months ago they came out and did a full tuneup. Less than three months later my garage door fails. My spring broke which was a brand new spring. I called the other company who no longer offers after hours or weekends. I looked at the number of highly positive reviews and experiences described about precision garage door. I called them on a Saturday morning (of course things like this happen on Saturday mornings) and I was greeted by a very cordial and knowledgeable phone manager who because of the extreme cold said that they may not be able to get to me today but would get to me first thing Sunday morning. Bright and early Patrick was there. He took a good look and gave me a list of what had been wrong with the garage door including parts that could easily have been replaced that were over 40 years old. I had a staggered list of repairs that I could make now or could make overtime and then an estimate for the parts that could be replaced today to make the repair complete. I really appreciated Patrick giving me choices and breaking it down for me and explaining what was needed immediately and separating that from what could be done later. We went ahead and replaced the bearings, the rollers (both were over 40 years old) and replace the spring with double springs. I now have the peace of mind that this door should operate beautifully for the foreseeable future. I would highly recommend this company. Patrick was outstanding. The quality of his work was excellent. We went over after he finished and he explained to me what was done and taught me how to maintain the garage door. I will probably have him out once every year or two to just preempt the winter. I would highly recommend this company.
