I have used Precision three times in the past decade to repair and replace our (old) then replace our garage door opener. Each time I called them, they arrived the same day (even on a Sunday) , and made the repair. This past even was a warranty repair. I watched with curiosity as the serviceman diagnosed the problem and then called Genie to get warranty support. Sadly, Genie would only cover a bad board and asked the service man to leave the bad system in place (for days) until they could ship a replacement board, and return to fix things a week later. This was unacceptable to Precision, and they decided to replace my opener completely under warranty. This caused me to have to reprogram my remotes, and reboot my wireless connections and the service person helped me through all this before he left. And he cleaned everything up and made sure I was happy. They said they would take the fight up with Genie covering the cost of all the work under warranty. All three times I have used Precision, I have found their service response to be quick, and the people I have dealt with from their admin, to the service people, to the management to be customer oriented and very good. I know I could have gotten the service I need with a smaller company for a bit less cost. But I am willing to pay for their excellent responsiveness and full warranty support and help. I will use them without hesitation in future. This is a fine, well run company

This was my first time using Precision Garage Door Service, and it was a very good experience. I called them on a Friday and set up a consultation for Sunday. Pat came Sunday and was very understanding and accommodating in helping me address my garage door needs. I contacted Precision at 2:40 pm on a Sunday afternoon, scheduling an appointment for 4-8 pm. Joe arrived at 4 pm, assessed the situation, and outlined options for repairs, discussing options in a no-pressure approach. His explanations were clear, he helped us understand pros and cons, and described the process to repair. He also took the time to make sure we were all situated with the new opener and got our car remote openers connected for the first time in 5+ years.

Service was very timely. Service Tec was extremely knowledgeable and took time to give me all options for my repairs. the basic problem was my failure to do miner maintenance over the past few years. It took your Tec about 1 hour to complete agree upon corrections. Both our garage doors work great. Please take time to thank your Tec for his good service.

A bracket on my garage door broke t 4:00pm on Friday preventing my door from opening. I called Precision at 4:15pm Friday and they told me they would have someone come over between 6p-10p Friday. The technician arrived at 5:30pm Friday and was finished fixing my door by 6:10pm Friday. He clearly explained the problem and told me how he was going to repair it. I chose Precision because I had used them before and was happy with the service.

Contacted Precision Door yesterday am after our current garage door was backed into. Sales rep (Sarah) arrived early and found us a door match and immediately set up an install early afternoon. The team (Alex and Dimitri) arrived on schedule and completed a full door install ahead of schedule. Excellent customer service from the point of my initial call and thru the install process. I got totally above and beyond great service from the tech who came to my house. We had settled the bill and he was getting in his truck to leave and looked back at the garage door as it went down and noticed that there was a little bit of different height from one side to the other instead of just driving away he stopped he pulled his tools back out and he corrected this very minor defect. But major to me to show how much this company is dedicated to doing it right the first time

You guys are terrific. Our garage door sensor was on the fritz, and we had an issue with the coupler on our opener rail. Curt was out here the next day and able to fix the problem in five minutes. Friendly service, super reasonable price, and scheduling online was so easy. Will definitely call Precision again in the future if we need any garage door services!
