Jeff Johnson is a very nice man. Friendly, always smiling and extremely helpful with our “injured” garage door, getting it working again. When we are ready to replace the door, Precision will be who we call and hopefully, Jeff will be the installer.

I asked friends for a recommendation and was given Precision's name. I checked online reviews and saw only positive comments. I was able to schedule an appointment online for the next day. Originally, I called for a repair, but ended up also purchasing a new garage door opener. The Precision rep was fast, courteous, informative, and gracious enough to stay and walk me through the original problem, the suggested solutions and then the new set up (including figuring out the wifi connection issues!) I would highly recommend Precision to anyone needing this service!

Our garage door stopped working on a Saturday at 4:00 PM, and a Precision workman (Trevor) showed up at 5:00. Everything was fixed by 6:00. Quick, diligent, and highly professional. This was the second time I used Precision and I will not be using any other company to service my garage door.

Repair was done very quickly and expertly. James was friendly, professional, and demonstrated good expertise, identifying the cause of our garage door problem immediately. He had the replacement springs on hand so he didn't need to leave the site. He estimated the repair would take about an hour but he completed it in half that time. Thank you for a job well done!

Every employee I have talked to from the person answering the phone to the service man has been polite and helpful. I have always received same day service even when doing warranty work. I am very pleased with the service of this company. I had the complete garage door opener service 3 years ago and recently needed an outdoor opener while under warranty.

This is the second time Precision Door has performed work for me. They are always fast, efficient and very nice. Most of all, they tell me when something can be easily fixed rather than having to pay for an unnecessary replacement. I highly recommend them.
