You guys are terrific. Our garage door sensor was on the fritz, and we had an issue with the coupler on our opener rail. Curt was out here the next day and able to fix the problem in five minutes. Friendly service, super reasonable price, and scheduling online was so easy. Will definitely call Precision again in the future if we need any garage door services!

I contacted Precision Door because several of my neighbors had used the company and were happy with the work. Tim, the technician, came within 2 hours of booking the appointment. He did a safety check and gave me several options to choose from for repairs. He did the work right away, explained everything and was very pleasant and helpful. When I experienced issues with my garage door motor, I contacted the vendor that originally installed it. They never got back to me. I remembered Precision from vans in my neighborhood as well as a (long) past visit, Their website made it easy to schedule an appointment, and the confirmation I received was clear and accurate. The tech did a great job of explaining why I needed a new motor. The work was completed promptly and well. When I could not get my car opener to sync with my new motor, I called Precision (as my first tech told me I could), and by the end of the day all was well. The second tech was timely, professional, and PATIENT. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

I got totally above and beyond great service from the tech who came to my house. We had settled the bill and he was getting in his truck to leave and looked back at the garage door as it went down and noticed that there was a little bit of different height from one side to the other instead of just driving away he stopped he pulled his tools back out and he corrected this very minor defect. But major to me to show how much this company is dedicated to doing it right the first time
