I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Columbus. Pat from Precision was fantastic! Our garage door opener broke on Friday, we made an appointment for Sunday morning, and Pat was there on time (with text and call in advance). He quickly diagnosed the issue (broken springs, other parts worn), gave us a range of options to replace the broken and worn parts. He then fixed it right away. The whole thing took less than 2 hours, and the garage door opens like new. About $2300 for parts and labor, but everything works and was prompt.

I just moved to my new house about 8 months ago and I hard a problem of my garage door. In fact their service is good. I called, and the next 40-45 minutes they were in my house. I am very happy with the service provided by your technician David Morgan, he was very pleasant and did a great job. But the pricing of the product by your company is outrageous ! for a motor which sells on line around 150.00 dollars , i was charged and paid 1029.00 dollars. To me this is very unprofessional and not good for the reputation of your company .
