Sarah was excellent from start to finish. She was thorough, professional, and very knowledgeable about the products. She walked me through every detail of the door, including specifications like the steel gauge and thickness, and explained the differences between the two options she quoted. She answered every question I had, and I had plenty, without ever making me feel rushed or pressured to decide on the spot. In fact, she was the one who suggested leaving a brochure for me to review and then following up by email with the estimates, which I really appreciated. My spring broke on the right side door on Sunday. I was going to try to fix myself, but I decided to call Precision. Danny Quinn, the technician, arrived about 30-45 minutes, and worked out a price and gave me an option on the payment. Danny did a great job getting me back up and running in no time at all. They corrected our old door after we had new concrete poured and the door now closes perfectly and seals at the bottom. The battery needed to be replaced (gave of a buzz every 2 minutes) and they came out the same day and there was no charge ( we are still under warranty).

Precision sent someone out almost immediately after requesting help, which was great. A quote for new springs over the phone was $100-$300. As someone who is very novice and not knowing much about garage doors I was talked Into replacing more than just the spring because the rep Dylan “ Didn’t feel comfortable putting new springs on what I already had”. I appreciated his outlook as the “ Professional” in the room and agreed. Once he finished, he then mentioned I had a bad motor which would be another $600 to fix. This was interesting because the motor was not a problem before. I politely declined and had my father come look at the motor who was actually able to fix it in three minutes and asked who had altered the force adjustment dial (obviously was not me I didn’t even know that existed). I probably paid double what was really needed for my style of garage after expressing I didn’t need anything fancy over and over then was going to pay an attritional $600 for something that wasn’t even broken. Precision refunded my entire amount completely within 72 hours of calling in explaining the situation but the field manager will not call us back unfortunately.

Knew reputation and past performance; however, Precision's mark-up on Genie Opener was highly excessive for the garage door opener market. The labor charge was reasonable for this area, but product cost made this an expensive deal. More economical to purchase opener online or at big box store and pay for installation. Also, not receiving an immediate copy of the invoice was unacceptable.

We needed weather stripping for the bottom of the garage door. They came out during the period of time that they had scheduled and inspected the door. It was determined that we needed parts of the door that warned and should be replaced. The tech proposed a repair work list and we agreed to replace the needed parts. They had the parts for the repair on the truck and did the repair. The repair was done in about two hours and we were very satisfied.

Chose the Westerville location because it was close and the Google reviews looked promising. Booking was easy, and the response was prompt. Joe called before coming and showed up at the start of the appointment windows, taking care of the few issues with our opener in no time flat! Quickly and easily scheduled appointment online this morning for this afternoon. Tech arrived within first 30 minutes of the 4 hour window. Was friendly and knowledgeable. Had door up and running in less than an hour.

Installed new belt drive garage door opener and also replaced many broken parts (bearings, cables, shaft, installed heavy duty bracket on upper panel that was cracked). Walker was great, worked through all the issues efficiently but completely. Had the install done in 3 hours. The door / opener is so much quieter and works how I expect it to. Price was alright, Precision has 24 hour service that is no extra charge, so I understand there is overhead and salaries associated with that. So I expected to pay more to have it all done in 1/2 a day.
