I called Precision Garage Door this morning, and by 10:30 A.M. my garage door was back to running smoothly. Tim Tomlinson was polite and friendly, and explained to me exactly what had been the problem as he fixed it in seconds. A very pleasant experience from reserving my appointment to solving my problem. Kim was very pleasant and helpful. Adam was awesome! He was courteous and professional in delivering service with a smile the entire time he was fixing my problem. He was patient and answered my questions. Adam provided me with a prioritized, itemized list of services required for service after his full evaluation. This allowed me to understand what was critical at the time for service and not required to do everything during that service call to stay within my budget. I recommend Precision for your garage door service needs. I would say the experience exceeded my expectations.

I previously had someone come out a quote me to repair my garage door cable and it was extremely high. So I gave these guys a call to get another opinion, and they had availability the next day to get me in. When Pat got here he took a look and gave me a MUCH lower cost. He also provided me with multiple options to choose between, depending on what I wanted. He was able to get it done that day in a great amount of time and now my garage door is working perfectly. I highly recommend Pat and this company!
