Knew reputation and past performance; however, Precision's mark-up on Genie Opener was highly excessive for the garage door opener market. The labor charge was reasonable for this area, but product cost made this an expensive deal. More economical to purchase opener online or at big box store and pay for installation. Also, not receiving an immediate copy of the invoice was unacceptable.

We needed weather stripping for the bottom of the garage door. They came out during the period of time that they had scheduled and inspected the door. It was determined that we needed parts of the door that warned and should be replaced. The tech proposed a repair work list and we agreed to replace the needed parts. They had the parts for the repair on the truck and did the repair. The repair was done in about two hours and we were very satisfied.

Chose the Westerville location because it was close and the Google reviews looked promising. Booking was easy, and the response was prompt. Joe called before coming and showed up at the start of the appointment windows, taking care of the few issues with our opener in no time flat! Very pleased with the service and the price, and I'll definitely be calling the Westerville team with any future needs I have.

Quickly and easily scheduled appointment online this morning for this afternoon. Tech arrived within first 30 minutes of the 4 hour window. Was friendly and knowledgeable. Had door up and running in less than an hour.

Installed new belt drive garage door opener and also replaced many broken parts (bearings, cables, shaft, installed heavy duty bracket on upper panel that was cracked). Walker was great, worked through all the issues efficiently but completely. Had the install done in 3 hours. The door / opener is so much quieter and works how I expect it to. Price was alright, Precision has 24 hour service that is no extra charge, so I understand there is overhead and salaries associated with that. So I expected to pay more to have it all done in 1/2 a day.

I heard about Precision through social media marketing outlets. It was great to get a next day appointment and service. At first after seeing the initial cost involved to replace the door springs I was in sticker shock and wasn’t sure if I could afford the repairs. Hard times you know takes a toll on us all so after a bit of time and generosity of Precision the repairs were able to be made. Thank you as this has never happened to me before. I called for service and explained problems. The service person came the same day, as promised by the company. My garage door was not fuctioning properly, not opening, broken spring and other problems. The service technician Jacob, analysd and explain problem to me. We agreed to ahead and repair. Next few hours it was done and I paided him. System works excelent, works well and I am satisfied.

We had seen several advertisements on TV and noticed they were also BBB accredited. Our garage door was not operating properly and would not close. The technician arrived on time, was friendly and courteous. He took a few minutes to check out our old garage door opener to find the problem. He had another person stop by also. Our circuit board in our old garage door opener was fried. They gave us options for an opener that would suit our needs based our activities. They were friendly and courteous and had no problem explaining the new features we were getting. The equipment was installed in a short period of time and everything works perfectly
