I called for service and explained problems. The service person came the same day, as promised by the company. My garage door was not fuctioning properly, not opening, broken spring and other problems. The service technician Jacob, analysd and explain problem to me. We agreed to ahead and repair. Next few hours it was done and I paided him. System works excelent, works well and I am satisfied.

We had seen several advertisements on TV and noticed they were also BBB accredited. Our garage door was not operating properly and would not close. The technician arrived on time, was friendly and courteous. He took a few minutes to check out our old garage door opener to find the problem. He had another person stop by also. Our circuit board in our old garage door opener was fried. They gave us options for an opener that would suit our needs based our activities. They were friendly and courteous and had no problem explaining the new features we were getting. The equipment was installed in a short period of time and everything works perfectly

I have had my door for a year. It's been a great improvement to my old single car garage built in 1930. It really dressed the old building right up! The technician that came for my year inspection was very friendly, and took his time making sure all is in good working order. He also answered my questions regarding maintenance of the door. Called Precision for a replacement garage door. Jeff called when he was 20 away. Arrived on time. He was friendly and professional. Showed me color samples, a few door panels and explained all the options available. I had a good number of questions and he answered them all. He offered a veterans discount as Precision is a veteran owned business. They have the door I desired in stock and installation is scheduled within a week. I thought the total estimate is very reasonable and would highly recommend Precision for garage door repairs or installation.
