I heard about Precision through social media marketing outlets. It was great to get a next day appointment and service. At first after seeing the initial cost involved to replace the door springs I was in sticker shock and wasn’t sure if I could afford the repairs. But Robby, Tech, and the people at Precision worked with me to get a better deal. Hard times you know takes a toll on us all so after a bit of time and generosity of Precision the repairs were able to be made. Thank you as this has never happened to me before. I called for service and explained problems. The service person came the same day, as promised by the company. My garage door was not fuctioning properly, not opening, broken spring and other problems. The service technician Jacob, analysd and explain problem to me. We agreed to ahead and repair. Next few hours it was done and I paided him. System works excelent, works well and I am satisfied.

We had seen several advertisements on TV and noticed they were also BBB accredited. Our garage door was not operating properly and would not close. The technician arrived on time, was friendly and courteous. He took a few minutes to check out our old garage door opener to find the problem. He had another person stop by also. Our circuit board in our old garage door opener was fried. They gave us options for an opener that would suit our needs based our activities. They were friendly and courteous and had no problem explaining the new features we were getting. The equipment was installed in a short period of time and everything works perfectly

I have had my door for a year. It's been a great improvement to my old single car garage built in 1930. It really dressed the old building right up! The technician that came for my year inspection was very friendly, and took his time making sure all is in good working order. He also answered my questions regarding maintenance of the door. I loved the online scheduling and prompt service but the quote to repair was QUITE a bit higher than what we expected. (About double what we had researched for typical cost.) We called another reputable provider who did the repair same day within our price expectations.
