From taking the service order, obtaining an appointment, calling 30 minutes in advance, describing the necessary repair, fixing the problem, the company's service was exceptional. It was unique as we have a renter in the home. The customer service was convenient and accurate. The technician, Deven M, was timely, helpful, and fixed our problem. Little disruption to the renter. This was the first time we used Precision Garage Door, but we will definitely do so again.

Precision Garage Door Company met and exceeded my expectations. My garage door spring broke at 4 pm. I called Precision and they were at my home by 6 pm and finished by 7 pm! Patrick M. was very courteous and polite. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. The price was fair and their work is guaranteed. My experience with Precision Garage Door Service has been wonderful! Precision Garage Door Service installed NEW garage doors for me a few years ago. There was a small issue. Before I had a chance to call Precision Garage Door Service. Precision Garage Door Service called me and returned to my home within hours to resolve the issue. I then had another provider/her name is Angie, install my door openers a few years later. It was not a good experience. So, I called Precision Garage Door, they arrived within 30- minutes and corrected this issue that Angie had caused. The customer technician support and customer support is beyond excellent. Precision Garage Door Service is the most reliable garage door replacement/repair company that I have come across! I have owned my home for over 20 years. Precision Garage Door Service is THE ONLY GARAGE DOOR SERVICE I would ever use. I encourage anyone to engage them! Precision Garage Door Service, bar none. The best installation and service! Had a garage door issue about 12 noon on Friday, called Precision and received a same day appointment. James (Jordon) D arrived at approximately 2:30pm. He was courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. He did a very thorough inspection of the garage door, mechanical parts and the garage door opener. He advised the issue/issues and advised the solutions and costs. James explained everything in a clear precise manner and kept us informed during the entire process. I would definitely recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service and James!

I have used your company before and was satisfied. Seeing that you offered service 24/7 was also a plus since this is a holiday weekend. David H. was the tech who arrived less than 2 hours after I called for service. He was friendly, professional, and seemed knowledgeable. He evaluated the situation and provided recommendations but never pressured me to select options I passed on. Overall, I was very satisfied. David was a pleasure to work with. I do have one issue to point out although it is minor. After I made the appointment, I received an email that was intended to give me an intro to the tech that was coming out. It showed pictures of many techs, but the email didn't tell me who it was that was scheduled to be here. So it wasn't very helpful, but I like the concept.

I had a very old garage door opener replaced and couldn’t be happier with the company and the technician, James D, that did the job. James inspected my old opener (it failed most categories - no surprise) and gave me three replacement options without any hard sell. The installation went smoothly, James explained the operation of the new opener, he explained how to connect it to the phone app and left no debris behind. He also lubricated the door. I highly recommend Precision.

Service tech was very nice and helpful corrected my problem and told me of some of your other products such as door openers and garage doors.
