I neglected to ask , before arrival of tech, the cost of a spring and 2 cables. Per a Google search, typical single spring replacement I'd somewhere in the $400.00 range. When the tech arrived, he took a look and gave my wife an estimate of $1.500.00. The tech was attempting to replace everything, even though, through experience, I knew only the spring and possibly the cables needed replaced. My wife, who thankfully I coached beforehand, told the tech we only wanted the spring and cables replaced. This brought the total down to around 900.00. I believe the tech attempted to replace items that were not in need of replacement, plus, the ending price to be very high.

Our spring was broken and we could not open our garage door. It was Sunday of Memorial Day weekend and we didn't think we could get the door fixed until Tuesday. Dustin arrived on Monday morning and replaced the coil. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. We would recommend your company!

My Service person was Matt. He was very knowledgable on the garage door. He was very easy to talk with and he explained all the problems and why I had all the noises from the cracked hinges to bad rollers. I would highly recommend him. He compiled a quote between fixing the door and a new one. i chose to go with a new door so my worries are over. With no high pressure sales just my peace of mind. Thank you Matt.

Beware of getting charged for unnecessary items. I did not use this company. I found one who replaced my garage door opener with the same model Precision would've used. They charged me less than half.

Next day service for a non-emergency keypad replacement. The technician (Tim) was friendly and knowledgeable and had a new keypad installed pronto. He also greased the tracks and hinges and the garage door is working better than ever. Very fair pricing and excellent customer service.

The wife had little incident not noticing door did not raise all the way up for whatever reason and hit with her truck. Knew we had foul weather coming the next day and needed to at least get it operable till can get replaced. Called and had instant estimated response time and showed up on time. Tyler Combs gave look over and preformed the job quickly and very satisfactory. We were able use the door in maybe less than an hour and get quote on replacement door needed before leaving. Do plan on calling back to order the new door and have you install asap. Thankyou !

Precision Door Service was outstanding! I had a spring break over the weekend, which prevented me from using my garage door. Upon thorough evaluation of my garage door, Matt Eberly found that many of the parts on my garage door system, were not performing properly and/or were failing. Matt carefully explained the functionality of the parts and then provided me with estimates for the repair. I felt comfortable with the information that Matt had provided me and had the worn out parts replaced, along with having a new garage door opener installed. I would recommend Precision Door Service to anyone.

Had an annoying noise from garage door. Found Precision because original company's service tech forgot us twice! Tim W was superb! Super informative, no pressure and let me make the decision as to what to fix or not fix. Ended up with all new rollers, and a new support that fixed my problem! Appreciate Tim's customer first attitude that was friendly and informative. I even asked Tim to replace my Pioneer Service sign with a new Precision Sign! Thanks Tim and Precision Door!
