Starting with the person answering the phone & ending with the technician who repaired my garage door, the experience was, by far, one of the best I’ve ever had. The technician arrived promptly, in extremely cold weather, explained what needed to be done, and did it within an hour. He was such a kind person and was perfect for my particular situation.

We used Precision Garage Door for routine maintenance (lubrication) of the door. We were given a window the same day that we called and the technician arrived in that window. He inspected the door and concluded that the operation was acceptable. He lubricated the door and showed me how to do myself in the future and left me a can of lubricant. This was the second time that we had used them. Three years ago they had to replace the motor and other parts of the door to get it operating properly. This time was just routine maintenance. I have been very happy with their quick response and I am confident in their service.

Very pleased with both Adam and Precision Garage Door Service. Online service request, courteous and friendly when I called in to correct an error I had made online. Adam was my repairman. He called ahead and arrived on time. Then he diagnosed and performed the necessary repairs quickly and efficiently. I could not be happier with my service. The technician was very prompt and highly courteous. He quickly looked at the garage door and did his assessment. He determined that he could fix it for the time being. The original garage door install was the incorrect size and weight for the spring/tension rod. He disconnected the garage door opener to have it operate manually. Still, I cannot open it because I am short, and that is okay. At least he told me what was wrong with it and was honest about what needed to be done to repair it. I am grateful.

This is the second time we have reached out to Precision to fix our garage door; two different issues. The reason I called them a second time, is because of the fantastic job they did last time. My garage door was making a weird noise when closing. It actually got stuck crooked. I called on a Sunday afternoon, quickly got it scheduled (no weekend rate...thank God). The repair person, James showed up on time. Very friendly, explained the issue and cost BEFORE starting. James had it totally fixed and tested in approx. 20mins. I was extremely pleased with him, his passion and hard work. I will continue to go with Precision for all of my garage door needs.

The technician, Dmitri, came out on time on the coldest day of the year, was totally upfront and transparent about the process and price, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the broken parts quickly so we could use our garage again and get the cars out of the cold. I was very satisfied with our experience.

Set up the appointment online. Patrick called about 20 minutes before arriving and was spot on time. The work was preformed professionally, quickly and he was very informative about the process and a generally good man. It wasn't cheap but what is these days? This was on a Sunday morning when I noticed the broken spring, and the garage door was back in action by 3:45. Awesome service!!! And now I dont have to worry about the other tension spring breaking and crushing my car. Replaced both springs as the original springs have been there since 2004.THANK YOU!!

I called mid afternoon and by 6 o’clock a technician was here to service our door. Our door was damaged and fixed by another company for the previous owner. Upon inspection, it had several issues as to the reason it was stuck in the up position. The technician was very thorough, professional, and yet personable in handling the issue. I feel I have been scammed. I looked up what I had done and the cost of the things Like battery, bulb, grease & wiring and your price was almost twice as much as I should have paid. I will be looking into what I can do about this with the elder abuse people.
