Had a cable break on our garage door late afternoon trapping my car inside. Called Precision and they had a technician out the next morning at 8:00am. He called to confirm at 7:40am that he was on his way.(that was nice). I originally thought I could replace the cable myself, so glad I called a Precision. The tech had to do so much more than I ever imagined to safely replace the cable. He did it all quickly and professionally and he was very cordial and polite. No regrets. Well worth it.

Garage door repair was done by an excellent tech, Tim. He actually was correcting and repairing what another craigslist "garage door repairman" had screwed up with my door! That guy was sent packing just before I called Precision. Excellent call service people. Tim was efficient, prompt and answered questions. Very satisfied!

I would give you a 5 star rating. The serviceman was prompt (same day WOW), friendly and did a good job. I can tell that the part he replaced is doing a great job because the door opener is much quieter and doesn't sound like it is straining. I have to admit the price was total sticker shock, but when I called about it, the person answering the phone gave a good explanation and waived the service charge. I would definitely recommend you to others.

We are so pleased we chose Precision Door Service ! Tom was the nicest guy that fixed our problem. He was very polite and informed us about the problem and what needed to be fixed to make the door work ! It is so good now and goes up and down very quietly. The problem was the door would not go up and down . We looked in the yellow pages and saw your add. The service 24/7 and weekend appointments caught our eye. We needed it fix as soon as possible so we could get out of the garage to meet our daughter and family for a Father's Day Brunch ! This morning I simply opened the phone book and called one number, no answer, then I called you. I would have no problem in recommending your company. I had an old style spring one on each side of the door. Tom recommendation convinced me to go with the overhead type of springs. We discussed new doors, I opted just to have the new type of springs. I was confident in Precision with the way the company is ran. I rate Precision with 5 stars. I had a broken spring out of two that hang on both top sides of the roller with cables. Upgraded to the over head spring roller and it's much better just a pleasant experience.

Tom arrived in a timely manner (Actually a little sooner than Precision had promised), repaired our garage door opener, lubed all the moving parts, and was extremely cordial during the entire process.
