Over the past month, I have worked with Precision Garage Door Service and they were wonderful. First, Tim replaced the spring, and most recently, Alex replaced my keypad. In both instances, I experienced amazing customer service, including quick and courteous help in scheduling appointments. The man arrived within about 45 minutes to repair my garage door, completed the repairs, and left within about 45 minutes. He was quick, courteous and answered questions I had. Yes, I would highly recommend your company. By the way, I called around 1:40pm, and he arrived around 2:30pm, very prompt.

The technician who wrote up the estimate to replace my existing garage door was polite and professional; however, the price quoted for a 10x7 size door was so far out of line in price with the other estimates I received that I could not go with Precision Door Co. In fact of the other 3 estimates received for the same work to be done, Precision was $350-400 more, so obviously I chose not to go with them.

Staff arrived early and asked permission before entering the house with my wife. They took their shoes off and were super friendly throughout the entire process. Cables to door broke and couldn't get out - called for service and had an appointment for 3 hours later - then service tech. called and said he could be there earlier so I was back to working order before my scheduled appt. Very good - polite - careful around my car since couldn't get it out - was done in about 1 hour. Thoroughly cleaned up after himself, showed me everything was back in working order and was able to use credit card or check for payment and receipt was emailed. Very efficient. Very pleased and would definitely recommend.

Spring on door broke and so I called Precision because they installed the door 11 years ago and the door has a lifetime parts warranty. Service person could be there within a couple of hours. Person actually came within an hour and replaced both springs, not just the broken one. And adjusted everything, including the door opener. I only had to pay for the service call - which is so reasonable I thought I was hearing wrong. In summary, great company and great service.

The individual (John) that arrived at my home quickly figured out the problem which had more than a few people stumped. The lights would not turn on when the automatic garage door was employed. John managed to fix the problem in a few minutes. I would certainly recommend this company, and especially their employee John.

The garage door failed on Saturday, where it wouldn't go up or down. Thankfully, our vehicle was out in the driveway. We just purchased this house a month ago and have home warranty, but they have no weekend service. I looked in the yellow pages and saw the ad for Precision. I was amazed there was actually a person to talk with right away and also were able to set up service on the next day, Sunday, at noon, at no additional service fee. The service person was pleasant and very knowledgeable and was able to identify the issue and replace the door opener in about one and half hours. Great, wonderful service by all. Thank you.
