My garage door broke late afternoon on a Friday. Precision got a technician out next day, Saturday. The tech Patrick did a great job replacing all the wheels that were original , 31 years old. Garage door opens and closes smooth now and much quieter. He was kind enough to offer me a $15 coupon off the price. Highly recommend the company I will definitely call them in the future if needed

Extremely responsive, timely, and tidy. My spring and cables broke over the holiday weekend. I called their office at 1pm on Sunday and a Technician arrived by 2pm. Jason O. provided a few pricing options (good, better, best) to us and explained what each option included. Once we selected the option we wanted to move forward with, the technician replaced the old spring, added a new spring, replaced the cables, and reprogrammed the opener. He completed everything within an hour and half of arrival. It seemed a little pricey, but the repairs addressed the worn parts that caused the issue and it was addressed on a Sunday. The technician was very knowledgeable and wasn’t pushy in selling something that wasn’t needed. Jason O did a great job!

I saw your ad on local TV just after my garage door broke. Called the next day and a technician was there within 24 hours. He explained what the problem with the door was and what was needed to fix it. Then went on to explain other problems with the door that could cause problems in the future. He explained the cost of fixing those problems as well and let me choose what worked for me. He was efficient and courteous. A very friendly man. I liked the 5-year warranty, too.

First of all David was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. Job was completed as discussed and explained simple maintenance that I can do to extend the life of my door. He explained that the side cables were fraying and showed me why it would make sense to change theses while he was changing the springs. Six stars to both Precision and technician Dmitri! Service was very prompt, professional and the problem was fixed same day. Dmitri was personable, experienced, well-spoken and gave us great confidence that he would fix the problem. It required a new opener and a new spring system. Not a simple solution, but he accomplished it all in about two hours. Despite it being an unexpected major repair, we are delighted with the new system.

I had a positive experience with Precision Garage Door. Late on Friday night I heard a loud sound. On further investigation I noticed my torsion spring had broken and my garage door would not open. I immediately called Precision and the call center put my mind at ease and scheduled a next day appointment. My technician, Evan, called on Saturday morning to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time and was knowledgeable and professional. Evan accessed my broken spring and as I requested my garage door opener. After a thorough inspection together we discussed three price point options and two courses of action. I was confident in my decision for a complete overhaul of a 2004 garage door system with highest quality parts. The seven year warranty on parts and labor is outstanding. In addition I am confident in my choice of Precision Garage Doors due to no additional cost for after hours, weekend, and holidays. I read numerous positive review outcomes on the website as well as information on Evan, who is actually Joseph, however uses his middle name. Adam was very professional and called to say when he would arrive. This was an old garage door opener but he said looked new inside. He figured out that it was probably the older springs. The springs were on the truck and he gave me a price and it was less then what I expected. Now the garage door works great !

If you need of a new garage door or repair of existing door, I highly recommend Precision Door! I had a new garage door installed about one year ago. There were no high pressure sales techniques, they didn't try to upsell me, and the cost was extremely competitive. Yesterday, my son crashed into the bottom of the overhead door. We immediately called Precision and their tech arrived around 9:00 AM (the next day) and was able to repair the door. The sales force and technicians are highly trained professionals and I will surely contact them for future services. Thank you, Megan and Ead, you're a great team.
