Honest, expert and professional service done in a timely manner. We were called fifteen minutes before their arrival (8:30 a.m.) which was early in the time period we were given (8 a.m.-noon). Not having to wait all morning for their arrival was really nice and much appreciated.

Tim Tomlinson did an excellent job of replacing a broken spring and other worn parts as well as doing a complete install of a new Genie Proseries Opener. Arrived on time and very professional. The spring broke at 2:45 this afternoon. After calling Precision, all repairs and new installation were completed by 5:45 this afternoon. Could not ask for better service.

He gave me estimates on the level of repair I wanted, as well as the time required to complete the job. Because I had some familiarity with the system, after explaining the problem to him, he was able to diagnose the problem immediately. After ascertaining the problem, he then gave me three options to choose from and the prices of each option. I selected the option I wanted and then he went to work fixing the problem. He was personable, polite, courteous, professional and efficiently quick to fix the problem to my satisfaction. Matt was very knowledgeable and professional in his workmanship and he cleaned up after he was done working. I appreciated his presence in my garage and made me feel that I was a valued customer. Our garage door needed a new opener due to a power surge. The technicians arrived promptly at the agreed time. They checked out the motor and advised us on the best way forward. They gave us a variety of choices, but still informed us that the choices are all up to us. We went over pricing and I promise, there was no pressure. We got a far more quiet opener than we originally had. We spent a little bit more than we had planned, but it was well worth it. They did other servicing to make sure the garage door worked well. I chose Precision, because the previous owners must have used them as there was a sticker on the garage door. I'm very glad I did because the service man who came out was amazing. He told me what he thought was happening and why, offered several options for what would work for me, and then walked me through everything thoroughly when he was done. He even noticed that the handles to raise the door manually were in an awkward place and repositioned them for me before he left (I'd never even thought about it). I don't know whether they are competitive pricewise, I'm not sure I really care, because the service was so good. Would definitely recommend highly. I wish all the service workers I've had come to my house were as efficient, dedicated and helpful as Walker was.

My wife and I couldn't be more satisfied. The technician (Michael B.) arrived promptly, seemed very knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. We wanted a garage door opener, but he explained that we did not have the clearance above the open garage door for an opener to be installed. He said that with the new springs he recommended, our door would be easy to open and close, and he delivered as promised. Our door has never worked better or been easier to open. I would definitely use the company and technician again and recommend them to anyone who asked.
