Dustin Keaton was a delight and a definite asset to Precision Door Service. He did a wonderful job, very professional and explained everything. Dustin replaced the sensors and I am not sure if what he replaced is called the springs or rollers. That is why I left "Purchase a new Product" blank. On Invoice it says Fleet Transportation and Genie Safety Eyes.

Spring snapped last night. Called Precision based on recommendation from neighbors. Glad I did! OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND FRIENDLY PROFESSIONAL SERVICE TECH! Came out next morning at 9 AM. Complete rebuild of 7-year old parts on garage door. New 7 year warranty. Price fair. Kayne the tech was excellent, explaining all that he did, pricing options, and warranty. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PRECISION DOOR!!!

Precision did a great job. My tech, Matt was professional, friendly, informative and a great guy to have at my home. He explained all the options and allowed me to choose. I had a partial rebuild of my pulleys and door system to include new springs. It rolls like its new. Precision was not the least expensive option, but I believe that it was a great choice.

Tim was able to quickly determine the problem with my old opener and indicated a new opener was needed. It was installed in a very short time and Tim provided an explanation for all of the items included with the new opener. Well, I confess it was pot luck. At 3:30 AM two violent explosions with brilliant light and a fearsome buzzing sound took place outside my bedroom window in quick succession. On inspetion they had to have been over 100 yards away. I'm no stranger to exploding electric transformers, and these must have been monsters. I'm an 83 year old veteran, and I thought I must have been on a battlefield. In the morning I discovered one of my openers had been fried. After a time I looked on my computer, found you and maybe impulsively decided that everything looked good. The woman who answered the phone was kind, warm, efficient and competent. She clearly liked her work, and I took that as a sign of the kind or company she worked for, so I signed on without any reservation.. Usually for me that's a sign of gullibility, but this time I was right on. Tim, Junior was here in short order and I badly needed him. I liked him right away, he was like a friendly neighbor, explained everything, recognized that my work was of very good quality, and finished the job in an amazingly short time, with an installation silk-smooth, and well explained. I don't ever go on like this, but this whole operation was so clean and competent from beginning to end that I had to write this damned essay to express my appreciation. I have never encountered such admirable performance from a contractor. It cost a guy like me a bunch, but I don't regret a penny of it. Thanks.

We have a Precision Garagedoor. It works well, but I felt it was more noisy than usual. I called for a check up, considering that we will son have winter. Tim Tomlinson came out the same day, checked the door, gave the moving parts a tune up, and the noise softened significantly. It sounded like a new door.
