Jacob Jones came over within 24 hours of contacting Precision online. He inspected our existing doors and springs, and helped us get an affordable solution, with new and much quieter openers. I will recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone that needs help with their garage doors. Thanks to Jacob for making this so easy, and getting the job completed very quickly.

We had Precision install a new garage door opener and have also come out a couple more time since. The service reps have always been timely, courteous and professional. Each time they have explained what they replaced/repaired and most importantly WHY. Our last service rep Dominic came earlier than our scheduled time after his previous jobs were done. Much appreciated!!

James arrived right when I was told to expect him, and quickly gave me a clear understanding of the work he needed to do to get my garage door operational again. He did a great job, cleaned up quite well, and was very professional in his approach. As someone who almost never writes a review, particularly a positive one, I was so impressed with the service that I felt I really needed to post this review. Thanks so much.

MR. Walker completely fixed my garage door, it would NO Longer open or close unless I did it physically myself and that is very difficult for an 80 year woman!!! He came on time (called 1st) & answered all my questions, was kind & polite and got right to work!! He performed general maintenance and replaced 3 heavy duty hinges.

My technician Tom was excellent. He was timely, knew his job, was easy to talk to, and met our needs. I decided to purchase a new opener, as my old Liftmaster was over 30 yrs old and operating poorly. Tom gave me three options based on my request, explained the points of each product, then installed the new unit I selected. In addition, he didn’t leave any mess. In fact after he left I didn’t have to do anything except apply a bit of paint around the control unit and opener unit as the new unit is more compact. Looks great and works perfectly.

Once again, Precision Door came through fabulously. I have used Precision twice in the past and they have remained true to their word. I called on 6/2 due to my garage door not closing all the way and I was scheduled for an appointment on 6/3. The Technician Muhammad Islam arrived on time and was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My adult son who is Autistic was also here with Mr. Muhammad and he was patient and kind while talking to me and son, while explaining this issue with the garage door. The instillation was quick and efficient and the door is much quieter as a result. Thank you Mr. Muhammad and Precision
