I could not be happier with our service from Percision Garage door. We were due to leave town when our garage door stopped working properly. Percision scheduled me for the same day service on a Saturday. Our technician, Aaron was very pleasant, explained the problem and offered solutions. He ended up replacing our unit, rollers, etc. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He even programmed my wife’s car to use the opener. I highly recommend Aaron and Percision Garage door.

Went online to request an appointment since garage door opener was not lifting or lowering. Took several tries due to my internet but the gal was pleasant through it all. Sent Raziel out who diagnosed the problem and priced me a new opener. Raziel was excellent and made it a great experience. Got a quality job, quality opener and decided on new rollers to top it off. Precision came out on a Sunday. The technician was pleasant and explained everything. He fixed the spring and did a complete inspection of the rest of the system. He was very knowledgeable. Good customer service it appears the work performed was good also.

Extremely satisfied with the great service provided by your tech Gary Lemaster. The garage door spring had broken and door would not open. I had guests (whose car was in the garage) from out of town who needed to catch a plane later in the day. I called for service at 9:45 am and Gary arrived about 11:20 am. He was very quick to review everything and actually showed me what was wrong and explained how it worked. There was no pressure to repair anything but the spring but he offered other service to improve long term use. His excellent repairs were completed within an hour. You can be sure I’ll be recommending Precision to all my friends. Thank you so much.

What amazing customer service. Our garage door stopped working on Easter sunday and I called first thing Monday morning to see about having someone come out. They had an appt open that very afternoon that worked w my work schedule. Dustin was very professional and explained what needed done and why and answered all my questions. He also made sure to go over the quote and explained what each charge was so I understood. He got everything done in a very short time and we are extremely happy w the results! Will definitely be using Precision for any other repairs we may need!

Living in Newark, was surprised they came within 3 hours after I called. Tim T. was very pleasant, courteous, efficient and wore a mask the whole time, as opposed to other service people in recent months. He gave us several options to choose from, The only drawback was that he was such a good salesman, a simple spring replacement was upgraded to be pricier than what we planned, but it was our choice.

We chose Precision because we were in need of a garage door opener immediately. We seen your add in the Newark Advocate and you did not charge extra for weekend work. I called our three listed services in Newark Friday afternoon before 5 PM. They all went to a voice mail. I called your company after seeing the ad on TV. I spoke right away with Jennifer. She scheduled service for Saturday AM Kayne arrived on time, Repairs were extensive- but he explained all the options. He then completed the repairs expediently. Came same day, very knowledgeable employee (Anthony was great)! Got a brand new Motor and Springs! Had a little sticker shock on the unit but it was a Lenear! Can’t even hear it open and before it was a rattling noisy mess! Thank you Precision! Great job Anthony!
