Very pleased with both Adam and Precision Garage Door Service. Online service request, courteous and friendly when I called in to correct an error I had made online. Adam was my repairman. He called ahead and arrived on time. Then he diagnosed and performed the necessary repairs quickly and efficiently. I could not be happier with my service. I will definitely call Precision and ask for Adam again when service is needed.

The technician was very prompt and highly courteous. He quickly looked at the garage door and did his assessment. He determined that he could fix it for the time being. The original garage door install was the incorrect size and weight for the spring/tension rod. He disconnected the garage door opener to have it operate manually. Still, I cannot open it because I am short, and that is okay. At least he told me what was wrong with it and was honest about what needed to be done to repair it. I am grateful.

Set up the appointment online. Patrick called about 20 minutes before arriving and was spot on time. The work was preformed professionally, quickly and he was very informative about the process and a generally good man. It wasn't cheap but what is these days? This was on a Sunday morning when I noticed the broken spring, and the garage door was back in action by 3:45. Awesome service!!! And now I dont have to worry about the other tension spring breaking and crushing my car. Replaced both springs as the original springs have been there since 2004.THANK YOU!!

I called mid afternoon and by 6 o’clock a technician was here to service our door. Our door was damaged and fixed by another company for the previous owner. Upon inspection, it had several issues as to the reason it was stuck in the up position. The technician was very thorough, professional, and yet personable in handling the issue. I would very highly recommend precision door.

This is a first class operation from the scheduler to the technician to the ownership. They all went above and beyond to get our repair done after my husband had a medical emergency during the time of our scheduled repair. I feel I have been scammed. I looked up what I had done and the cost of the things Like battery, bulb, grease & wiring and your price was almost twice as much as I should have paid. I will be looking into what I can do about this with the elder abuse people.

I neglected to ask , before arrival of tech, the cost of a spring and 2 cables. Per a Google search, typical single spring replacement I'd somewhere in the $400.00 range. When the tech arrived, he took a look and gave my wife an estimate of $1.500.00. The tech was attempting to replace everything, even though, through experience, I knew only the spring and possibly the cables needed replaced. My wife, who thankfully I coached beforehand, told the tech we only wanted the spring and cables replaced. This brought the total down to around 900.00. I believe the tech attempted to replace items that were not in need of replacement, plus, the ending price to be very high.

Next day service for a non-emergency keypad replacement. The technician (Tim) was friendly and knowledgeable and had a new keypad installed pronto. He also greased the tracks and hinges and the garage door is working better than ever. Very fair pricing and excellent customer service.

The wife had little incident not noticing door did not raise all the way up for whatever reason and hit with her truck. Knew we had foul weather coming the next day and needed to at least get it operable till can get replaced. Called and had instant estimated response time and showed up on time. Tyler Combs gave look over and preformed the job quickly and very satisfactory. We were able use the door in maybe less than an hour and get quote on replacement door needed before leaving. Do plan on calling back to order the new door and have you install asap. Thankyou !
