Repairman (Tom) did a nice job repairing a really screwed up overhead garage door. He was friendly, polite and efficient and took the time to point out the problems he found and corrected. Will definitely be a return customer if needed in the future!

Everything happened as planned very professional but when I went to throw something away in my trash bin it was full. Trash was just picked up this morning so it would have been nice if you would take your trash with you opposed to leaving it on my premises.

Called around 1:45 p.m. on a Sunday and the technician was out to the house by 3:15 and finished with work by 4 p.m. Great prompt attention to our garage door issues and turnaround. Will recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door assistance.

I called for an estimate on a Sunday due to a damaged garage door and Greg came to the house the next morning. I ordered 2 new garage doors and he installed them 2 weeks later because they had to be ordered. Greg was very professional and had them both installed in one day. They are better than the old ones he replaced. I'm very satisfied and happy to have the new doors without too much fuss.
