We cannot say enough good things about our garage door spring repair service received from Precision Garage Door, specifically from Michael Bowman. Michael was so courteous and respectful of our home. He called ahead and arrived right on time. Michael fully explained our options and how the repair (if we choose to have the spring replaced) would proceed. Of course, he had the required parts on his truck and completed the repair in about 30 minutes. Our issue happened on a Saturday night and by 11:00 am Sunday our door was fixed! The entire team at Precision Garage Door was excellent start to finish. Great Job! Will not hesitate to call again should we need garage door service.

Called in the evening and was given an appointment for the next morning. Service guy called giving aprox time before showing up. Introduced himself Walker is his name and started work right away. Explained everything as he worked. Gave three options for repair and explained each level. Work was performed timely and was tested before buttoning everything up. Walker was professional in every sense of the word. He is the reason for the 5 star rating. I will definitely use them again if needed.

Our garage door malfunctioned at 4:45PM on a Sunday night. I called Precision and by 5:45 I had a service technician, Michael Bowman, at my house and inspecting the door. Michael was professional, knowledgeable, and had our door repaired and updated by 8:00PM that same night. I cannot express enough how much I appreciated his time and his willingness to explain everything to me and answer questions. Thank you Michael and thank you Precision!

I called Precision Door after another company that I had called said that they could not meet their time that I had scheduled between 12 noon and 2 PM. They called to cancel at 11:45 said it would be 2 days to get to me. Precision said they could get to me between 4-8 PM. They called back in 15 minutes and showed up less than 1 hour later. All the work was done by 2 pm. Great service, good prices and everything works well. Go with these people!

Called in same day service within a couple hours they arrived replaced both springs within an hour and we were fixed and taken care of. Tom was our tech and he was very professional and did a good job.

After 25 years of wear and countless self-repairs, we needed a new garage door and hardware. I found Precision on the Internet and called for an estimate. Dustin arrived within two hours and we went over the existing (custom) installation and reviewed the options for replacement. He gave us pricing on several options and we considered several other quotes over the next few weeks. We made our choice- Precision Door. The costs were very reasonable and we ordered the new door and scheduled installation for a few days after the new door arrived at their shop. Dustin contacted us to schedule the install at our convivence. He arrived on schedule with everything he needed for the job, and did the removal of all of the old equipment, prep of the area, and installation of the new tracks, springs, door panels, cables, and all associated hardware (we reused the existing door opener). The whole project took about six hours. The new door is a great addition to our house - it matches the existing garage door perfectly, operates smoothly and quietly, is well insulated and seals up tightly to the door frame. It not only enhances the appearance of our house but seals up the basement / garage area from drafts and heat loss. We are very pleased. Dustin is a great technician and will be our first call for any garage door related issues we have in the future.

I was given explanation as to what would happen step by step and then was able to see the sturdier condition of the replacement springs and rollers. All was installed quickly and fully adjusted and repaired before I was given full inventory of parts and labor and service notice. The total cost was mentioned before any work was done and there were no surprises or change in cost when the work was completed. Very enjoyable visit with the mechanic and am looking forward to a long time before any future service.

I called for an estimate on a Sunday due to a damaged garage door and Greg came to the house the next morning. Everything happened as planned very professional but when I went to throw something away in my trash bin it was full. Trash was just picked up this morning so it would have been nice if you would take your trash with you opposed to leaving it on my premises.
