Hello, My garage door is not operating correctly. In last service call tech just pulled out and plugged back the plug it worked. Right now door door goes up and down constantly loosing power. I have pulled the plug several times and plug it back, it works a little while and then no power to the overhead motor. Please call Ken 614 378 9999

We are always so happy with precision garage door!! I wouldn't use anyone else!! In fact we have your phone number right inside the garage right next to our entry into the house!! This time it was about 4:20pm when I had just gotten back from running an errand. I closed the garage door and heard a not so great noise and noticed the door was cockeyed and not closed. I couldn't believe this had happened at that time of the day and on a Friday!! I immediately called your number which I always have handy and talked with rebeccca! I couldn't even believe we could possibly get service later that night!! Wow was I ever surprised and soo happy!! Our wonderful technician even arrived earlier than promised around 7:30 and he worked in the hot hot closed garage and even though our cars were inside he was able to safely and so efficiently repair the broken cable cord and he tightened up everything so that our garage door was straight and working like a gem!!! jWe have a two car garage with a single all wood door which is extremely heavy and the time before precision replaced our large spring coils and they have been the strongest longest lasting large spring coils we have ever had! we have had them replaced multiple times in the past by other companies until we found precision garage doors and their spring coils, still to date, are just perfect!!! We just couldn't be more pleased and I know our neighbors just couldn't believe our cockeyed door was fixed within just a few hours on a Friday and later in the evening when it broke!! We have another neighbor that still have a cockeyed broken door days and days later!! Your company rocks and all the employees from front office to technicians are just the most honest, hardworking, wonderful folks we had the pleasure to do business with!! Thank you all sooo much!!! Unbelievable great fast service!!!

I purchased my garage door opener approximately 10 years ago from Precision Door Service. I have had two or three occasions to call them for service including today. The technicians are always on time and extremely professional. Today this issue involved my lights not coming on when the door open and closed. Learned a lesson - my opener because of age does not take LED bulbs. I needed the old fashioned bulbs. The technician took care of that problem and lubricated my door (his suggestion). Great company. Our garage door suddenly tore and detached, as a result of the spring breaking. We called several garage door companies on a Saturday, hoping that someone would be available to respond that day. David, from Precision, was at our door within a couple of hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was prepared to show us replacement options. He told us he could replace the door by Wednesday, and he did. David was extremely knowledgeable and professional; and a very nice guy, too. We were extremely happy with the service that he provided. Precision Door responded quickly to our request for a quote on a new door and opener, we knew exactly when they would arrive and communication was great. Dave was our technician for the quote and ultimately our purchase and install. The install took a full day, but was well worth it. Dave carefully dismantled our old door (circa 1957) as well as our old opener (which was no longer functioning). The door was perfectly installed along with the new opener, and all of the old materials were removed without a trace. We're very happy with our new door and opener.

I had a great experience. Our technician David was able to come 2 hours earlier than my scheduled appointment. He immediately found the problem with my garage door, which was a broken spring. He recommended we replace both since the old spring would likely break sooner than later. He also told me about that month's offer of "buy one spring get one half off," which helped bring the cost down. He was very professional, friendly and efficient. Though Precision may not be the least expensive company in town, the experience, knowledge and product quality is worth it.

Precision called promptly first thing in the morning and setup a quick appointment. David called advising what time he will arrive, and he did arrived spot on. David explained the broken springs and how it works, and he also took the time to explain that the rollers could use replacing. He gave me a quote which I agreed and he finished the whole repair in less than an hour. Overall, a good experience with David and Precision Door.

I was surprised that the company was willing to repair our garage door on a Saturday. The service man called prior to coming out, which I had asked him to do. The service man was friendly and knowledgeable he inspected out entire garage door apparatus and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was able to fix the problem in less than an hour and had even made an adjustment that made our garage door preform even better than it had before our spring broke. I would definitely use this company again!
