My name is Tom Palmer. I've lived in Grove City all of my life. I have a 19 year old son and a 15 year old daughter. I have previously worked in the residential construction business. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, going to the beach and working on anything from dirtbikes and motorcycles, to race cars and trucks.

Excellent service again. Honored warranty on a broken spring. Came out within 18 hours and fixed it no charge and did a normal service to everything for no charge. I’ve used them before and will continue to do so.

Every time I have called Precision they have been able to to come that day. Garage door opener (18 yrs old) died Christmas day. Called Precision the next morning and had a new garage door opener installed by Tom Palmer quickly and courteously the day after Christmas.

Had our springs replaced today. Tom. P. was prompt, professional and explained everything. The price was higher than expected when he gave me the estimate but, it needed done and done correctly. I was advised not to try this repair on my own. The service was fantastic however, I can't give 5 stars because of the cost.

I was very pleased to have Precision work on the noise of the garage door opening. Tom Palmer, the technician, was very good and knew what he was doing. For some reason, the door still makes a loud noise when the door is opened. It sounds like a knocking noise on one side when the door goes up---not when it comes down. I will call Tomorrow and set up another appointment to have it checked again. We had a new motor put in in June of 2o21Tom Palmer came on 9-12-2023 to check the noise and take care of the noise. I am happy with Precision's technician's work and attitude.

After hitting the garage door frame with my rearview mirror last week (oops!), our opener stopped working this morning. I called Precision Door Service after several other companies that said they couldn't get someone out to take a look today. This is our 2nd/3rd house with a Precision Garage door. They did the sale/install/service on our two new garage doors in 2021/2022. Due to our builder not seeming to understand that 'flatwork' concrete under garage door is to be......flat :)..... it had a 1" bow/peak in middle. Precision adjusted the then new GD a few times and then installed an extra thick/large gasket at bottom to make it weather tight. Now, a year later, I finally had the concrete cut out and re poured to actually be flat but then needed the garage door to come down more/seal. Guy came out today was awesome, personable and adjusted it quickly but then also took the time to chat me through a few other things to keep my eye on. We were lucky to find Precision.

Tom just left my house and was the nicest guy. Seriously, I couldn’t have asked for better service or company on a quiet day. Tom A. Palmer was my Technician, I needed a new garage door opener, he explain the differences in the opener models and answered my numerous questions. I new my garage door had a broken hinge that needed replaced, he pointed out two other hinges that had stress cracks in them, so I had those replaced also. He inspected the garage door and installed the new opener, and programed the two remotes & outside keyless pad. Very happy with the work that Tom did, and would recommend Tom & Precision for your garage door/opener needs.

My garage door broke on a Friday. I called Precision door because they advertised quick response time. I was given a time of 12:00 - 2:00. Tom the technican called me and was at my house with in a hour of me calling. Tom inspected what was going on with my garage door ands gave me a quote on fixing the problem. Tom had all the parts on his truck and had the door totally fixed. Tom was very friendly and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Precision door to anyone that needs a garage door fixed. Thanks Precision door for a quick response and Tom for fixing the door .
