I couldn't be more pleased with Precision Garage Door of Columbus. I started having an issue with my door yesterday and by noon today it is completely fixed! I was able to setup my appointment online and there were time slots for the next day. The problem was the focus of the technician -- not selling me things I didn't need. Patrick was polite, informative and took care of the problem immediately! Precision will be the only place I call for any future needs.

Garage door was cracking and screeching and really needed maintenance. I had used Precision before and actually recommended it to others. Their representative, Derek, did an excellent job. He was professional but courteous, friendly, and let us know exactly what he had to do. And, yes I would use them again. The only reason for the 4 star rating was I thought the price was too high. I could have refused the work and called another company, but I know from experience that Precision is one of the best.

I had a problem with the myQ app on my phone showing my garage door was off-line. I tried different things like resetting my wi-fi, uninstalling and re-installing the app, to no avail. So I called Precision Door Sales and the tech tried and he ended up telling me that I needed to call tech support because of the Wi-Fi problem. He then stayed around while I talked on the phone to tech support to make sure the problem was resolved, it was. Thanks to both your garage door tech and the tech support on the phone.

I see your commercials on Good Day Columbus, so when my son left one of our remotes on the roof of his car and we could not locate it, we knew we needed to change out the codes and replace the remotes. Also, our outdoor keypad had stopped working, so i asked for it to be replaced. Dimitri was very polite and helpful, and worked efficiently, doing all the work including reprogramming in less than an hour. The price was fair and he lubricated the door before he left. I called this morning and the work was done several hours later. He left me his card in case I have any further issues. Highly recommend.

I had Precision Door Columbus come out because I had questions about my 21 year old garage door motor. Joe answered all my questions. He was on time, courteous and professional. I ended up buying a new belt drive motor and Joe had it installed in less than 2 hours. He even switched the door sensors because the sun often prevented the sensors from working. My new system runs beautifully. If you need help with your garage door, Joe at Precision Door Columbus is the one to call.

Precision was great. I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to get a same day appointment to have our garage door fixed, but I had someone at our house in a matter of hours. Our technician, Walker, was great at assessing what was wrong and gave us several options to have things fixed. And the best part, even with a total overhaul of our system, the work was completed within hours! Our garage looked like no one had been working in it and Walker was so nice and polite. LOVED our service.

Arrived promptly, figured out that our door opener unit was struggling because the existing garage door springs (that were previously replaced by another vendor) weren't balanced or sized properly.
