My name is John Manning. I've been married for 29 years and have 2 boys, ages 19 and 26. My oldest is getting married in August, 2013! Before coming to Precision, I'd been involved in the excavating business, owning my own company from 2002-2006. Outside of work, I've been involved in the Quarter Horse Association, building furniture, and repairing almost anything. I enjoy fishing, riding my ATV and spending time with my family and friends on our 10 acre farm. I always go above and beyond for customer service.

Precision Door did a great job for us on a Sunday afternoon. John was our technician. He called and showed up earlier than scheduled which was great for us. In less than an hour he had our door tuned up and working better than when it was new. I emailed Precision the night our garage door jammed. It was an old door and we were in the middle of a large estate sale with lots of expensive items in the building. Precision sent a service man out with in 48 hrs...he spent the time to survey the problem, let us know our options cost wise. And had our door temporarily fixed so we could continue with our sale without having to replace the door at that time. And the price was very reasonable. Now we have time to look for the appropriate solution without having to stop everything.

I found Precision on the internet and called on Wednesday and scheduled an appointment for 10 am today. John arrived promptly and replaced the spring. He provided me with the details of the repair and was very courteous. I would definitely use your company again and refer your company to others.

Hello, John came out to take a look at my current garage motor and see if it was possible to program a universal remote to it. Unfortunately my motor is outdated and no longer produced so finding a universal remote that may work on it, John told me, may be tricky. If no remote can be found to program to my motor I am going to have to purchase a new motor and I'd like to give your company the business but I will have to wait until January/February because of financial reasons. I'll just need some time to save a bit extra. John was very pleasant and I appreciated him telling me what the situation was. If a representative from your company can follow up with me and let me know if a universal remote is doable I'd appreciate it. Thanks, Jeff

John was wonderful! I was pleased that he showed up on time and came the day I called. John was able to install the garage door opener that we had purchased almost a year ago. He was very helpful and did a great job. If we need anything else for our garage door I will always call precision door company. Garage door opener stopped working for my wife in the morning, I called Precision Door Service and they were out that afternoon. Technician was fast, efficient and friendly. Great service. I called around 8 am and had John at my door by 11 am. He quickly identified the problem and had my garage door up and running in less then 5 minutes. John got right to the point of the problem and didn't try to up sell me services I didn't need. John is a true professional.

I cannot overstate my satisfaction with Precision Doors for the job they did. From the sales visit, to the purchase of new doors and openers to the installation of the doors and openers they were total professionals in every aspect. Mr. Manning answered all questions we had and helped us compare the Amarr doors precision sells to their competitors products showing us the advantages of the Amarr doors and Lanier openers. Mr. Manning was then the person who installed the doors. I appreciate the fact that at the end of the day you could not tell that an installer had been in the garage. Every piece of waste product had been removed and the area was as clean as when he started. Both the openers and the doors have exceeded our expectations in both quality and performance. I recommend Precision Doors for any work you may need and rate then 5 STARS!

Called at 1pm they were here at 8am the next morning as I was going out of town awesome speed coming out and the repair was awesome as well from adjusting to greasing I received much more than a simple garage repair I will definitely recommend them and use them in the future please call them you will not regret it. I chose Precision for our garage door repair because they would come to our area and had discounts to offer. John exceeded my expectations in service and diagnosing the problem within a couple minutes. He discovered that the "seeing eyes," the safety feature, had some loose wires. John told me that he just needed a five minutes to it. Sure enough, he had fixed the wires, greased the track and started on his paperwork before that time was up. Thanks for driving from Columbus - the drive was 3 times as long as the job. With such a great service, Precision is well worth calling any time your garage door malfunctions.
