If all the techs are like Tim T, Precision gets an A+ from me. An hour and a half from the time I called until Tim was leaving. Door had a new spring and three new bearings. Tim noticed wear on the spring bar and checked the bearings. One was totally locked. May save me a future service call.

Tim was my technician. He arrived on time and quickly determined what his next steps were. Due to prior poor maintenance the door was loud, shaky and operated erratically, causing it to jump off the rails. He replaced worn rollers, adjusted the rails and lubricated the hinges. Door now opens very smooth and quiet. I couldn't be happier with the results, and Tim never tried to sell me work or parts I didn't need.

Same day AMAZING service! Tim came out the SAME DAY that we called and replaced the entire existing garage door opening system THAT DAY. Since we wanted the WiFi enabled system and the second door needed a total installation, Tim was back as promised SUNDAY morning and finished the job right and the first time. Fantastic service which is becoming a lost art these days. Thank you, Precision Garage Door!

I needed the bottom rubber seal repaired on my garage door. After 2 handyman couldn't repair it I contacted Precision Garage Door since their website said they make those repairs and they have extended hours. I contacted them and they came out a few hours later and repaired it. Very satisfied.

Called on a holiday after finding the door spring broke. Call for service no extra charge for holidays or weekends. Came fixed the door didn’t leave until my husband and I were satisfied. Tim did a great job and very professional.

Our garage door broke over the weekend August 28. I tried three other places before I called precision. I’m so glad that they didn’t answer their phone or didn’t answer my voicemail. We are very happy with the service person you sent. His name is Tim. He was very kind and courteous to us and didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t want. Garage door caught back bumper of my car this morning!! Ugh!! Called Precision Garage Door talked to Olivia who set me up with a repair person. Tim was out within 2 hours because of damage to door we have to replace. Tim was able to get door to close for today, they will be out in morning to replace door and its hardware. Tim was great and efficient. All I needed was a new opener to solve my problems. Not what I expected but the new product is excellent and now, finally, I can sneak out o f the house without being heard. Everything always seems more expensive than you expect but the quality of the merchandise and professionalism of the technician makes it seem worthwhile.

High integrity customer who doesn't like writing reviews like this. Tech arrived, inspected and recommended. I discussed my needs and desires with him. We needed springs, bearings. new bottom door seal and a new opener. Verbally quoted me $1300.00 After I picked myself up off the garage floor, I still needed this done. Approval to proceed was given. Work done to satisfaction, however the markup for the opener was outrageous and I spent $140 on a rubber strip that I helped install on the bottom of the door. Tech came to me with the final bill; $1479.00 So, enjoy the Bahamas or wherever you vacation. I called Precision hoping for highly intelligent diagnosis, and I received that, along with a charge that I feel was outlandish.

His work was thorough providing us with different options explaining things we would need to replace now and work we could do now but could address later.
