David was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He presented different options for what needed to be done and happily accepted our decision. He finished the work while he was here. Happy with the work. Unfortunately, it took two days to get him here from the time we first called. Longer than I would have liked, but everything takes longer now. Would use them again.

Had a broken spring. Precision was able to come out within 3 hours to fix it. Other components were sold to me and replaced also. I was not aware they were needed but trusted the technician's explanation. It was expensive but with the 7 year warranty, I should be worry free.

I called on Wednesday night to schedule an appointment for an estimate to replace a 27 year old Genie door opener of which I have two. The scheduling was exceptionally pleasant and efficient. Gary came the next day and I asked him to price the bad opener and also price replacing both existing openers. He was extremely cordial and knowledgeable and no pressure on the sale. I went with replacing both. Immediately Gary didn't just put in the openers, he installed them with old school craftsmanship, something hard to find these days. Thanks to all involved in this installation. Wish I could have made it a 10 star review.

Service Technician very knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with- he explained in detail what was needed and cost before starting repairs. Daniel G. knew the door was tracking at an angle, and found excessive wear near the bearing plate. He found the manufacture dates on used system's parts and made it easy for me to choose new parts. Glad I called before the door would have broken. He listened to all I knew about the past operating quirks. The busiest door in the house is all well now!
