I have learned from my recent repair. First do not go with a company that charges a fee to come out to look at your door. I have found many companies that do not charge. Anyways I had someone come out for 2 springs and 2 cables. Just as reference you can get 2 springs from home depot for about $150 and two cables for $20. I know that these springs are probably not as good or whatever. The guy was very nice and knew what he was doing. I received a quote for 2 new springs (regular ones not the strong ones) and 2 cables for $900.00. My jaw about hit the floor. I asked why it was so high and he couldn't answer me. I politely ask the gentleman to leave and paid $50.00 for the visit. I called another company, was able to tell them what the issue was and was given a quote of $400.00 if that was truly what the problem was. I understand that if there was more to do, it would of course be more. There was no charge to come out and the man came in, made the repair and I paid $400.00. These days I feel like everyone is trying to gouge you. Precision, I feel like you are one of those businesses. I will spread the word so I feel better about losing my $50.00

i am very satisfied, even though I wasn't expecting to replace the garage door opener. But your technician David Hejduk made me realize that a new opener was the best solution. After another company failed to show up, I called Precision Door Service and was greeted with GREAT customer service. An appointment was available within hours of my call. An email with of the request and who would be coming was sent instantly which included a photo of all the technicians, in case a different tech was able to get to me sooner. A phone call was received when the tech was in route. Adam H was tech, he arrived when he said he would, he was polite, friendly and respectful to me an my property. Adam provided me a 3 options in a written quote and reviewed each one with me. The garage door was repaired in no time. Adam then reviewed the work he had completed, by physically showing me and verbally explaining it to me and reviewed the warranty. Thank you for helping make a bad day better. :)

I was extremely impressed with Johnathon and the company as a whole. We called for service around 10:30 AM and he was here just after 11 and the job was completed by noon. Johnathon and his partner were extremely professional in assessing the issue and giving me final say on replacing some of the parts. I would highly recommend to anyone needing garage door service

Our 19 year old door started to act weird so it was time for upgrade. Our neighbors said to give Precision doors a call. Technician Derek came and explained what is causing the problem we were dealing with. He also recommended what would be the best option for us, so we went with his recommendation. Michael B was the technician. He called and estimated his arrival time and actually made it - doesn't happen often with our service calls! He listened very carefully and tried to accommodate our concerns each step of the way. He stayed until he was sure the new keypad, both cars and the phone app were all updated and ready to go. Though we were told how expensive you were, I have no problem paying for quality service and we feel we got our money's worth.

Our garage door began acting oddly by not wanting to go all the way up. On a Tuesday we called Precision and on Wednesday (the next day) they sent Mr. Jeff Johnson to our house to give us an estimate for a new door or a possible repair. We discussed the situation and my wife and I decided to purchase new doors. He took measurements and said that new doors would be installed on Friday. The whole process took only three days. Mr. Lashad Lake arrived at the house the next day and installed a Single door and also the Double door. The experience, and mannerism of these two people are top notch. I would recommend the Precision company and these two employees to everyone.
