Eric arrived earlier than scheduled, which was very much appreciated, but called first. It was a routine spring repair, but he carefully inspected all components and explained what might need attention in the future; didn't push any unnecessary work. Very upfront with the cost estimate and preformed the work quickly. Great experience! I'd use the company again.

I chose this company by reading the information on their website. They were able to give me an appointment for the same day (it was actually within an hour and a half from when I called!). The Technician was excellent. He explained what he would be checking, how he could fix my situation and gave me a dollar estimate. The work was done and I was on my way in no time. This was an emergency call that was handled very quickly. Eric was the technician. He took the time to go over the whole garage door system (17 years old) and advise us as to what really needed to be repair. I highly recommend Precision and Eric. Since I am a member of our condo board, I will also be passing Precision's name to our management company
