My name is John Manning. I've been married for 29 years and have 2 boys, ages 19 and 26. My oldest is getting married in August, 2013! Before coming to Precision, I'd been involved in the excavating business, owning my own company from 2002-2006. Outside of work, I've been involved in the Quarter Horse Association, building furniture, and repairing almost anything. I enjoy fishing, riding my ATV and spending time with my family and friends on our 10 acre farm. I always go above and beyond for customer service.

The individual (John) that arrived at my home quickly figured out the problem which had more than a few people stumped. The lights would not turn on when the automatic garage door was employed. John managed to fix the problem in a few minutes. I would certainly recommend this company, and especially their employee John.

I have worked with Precision Door Service of Columbus, INC. for many years. With any problem they are out with in a couple of hours. One time it was a Sunday afternoon. Now after servicing over the last couple of years and replacing needed parts, including an amazing belt driven garage door opener, they have expertly installed a beautiful steel garage door. One floor of my home is executive offices from which I operate a large retirement planning practice. We are in and out continually. That garage door has got to work and be dependable. I have so much peace of mind knowing that Precision Door Service is so responsive and always does not only quality work but uses quality parts. I would recommend them to anybody who wants to be able to depend on their garage door working.

The technician was on time and courteous. He inspected the door, found the problem, and presented me with repair options. He told me which one he thought would be best and why, but there was never any pressure and none of the options presented included replacing any working part or doing more than was needed. He then did the necessary repair as well as a couple of minor adjustments to make the door work more smoothly. He did quality work, and the door now works great. I would definitely use Precision again in the future and will recommend them to any friend or neighbor who has a problem with their garage door.
