Saturday morning with the garage door unable to open, I called the company that installed my new garage door one and a half years ago. I reached an answering service and was informed that they would charge $200 just for coming out. I then contacted Precision and was able to schedule work the same day without off hour charges. Their tech Gary was a professional. Their availability to serve at the time of need without exorbitant charges is just precious.

There's no question about two things: your service is amazing and your prices reflect it. I guess that's fair. The whole experience was great, except for the quote and bill. From the website appointment to the photos of technicians to the manner of your telephone staff, you can't be beat. Next time I might shop around, but if I want superior service, I'll go to you every time.

We had purchased a new garage door opener last September so we called Precision when our garage door broke. It was at 4:50pm on a Friday, and since the house is accessed through the garage we were concerned that we get a repair the same day. Precision sent out a technician who arrived within 5 minutes of the time stated. He had the door up and moving again I less than an hour, better than before.

After 2 phone calls and being on hold for over 15 minutes with other garage door companies, I called Precision shortly before 5 p.m. A technichian was on my doorstep promptly at 7 and service, replacing a broken spring, was completed within the hour. The technician was professional and the quality of repair was high as was every aspect of interaction with Precision. I appreciate the quality of service. I highly recommend Precision. My old garage door opener broke late on a Saturday night and I didn't know who to call. After a little research online I found Precision and called them Sunday morning. I was greeted on the phone with a friendly voice and set up a time window of 12pm to 2pm for the tech to come to my home. I received a confirmation email with a pic of The tech. Gary showed up on time and got right to work. My garage door was binding up and caused the opener to break. Gary installed a new opener and adjusted and lubed everything and it opens and closes so smooth now. It's also very quiet compared to the old unit. I was very impressed with Precision and so happy to get professional service even on a Sunday. I would refer them to anyone needing door or opener repairs. Thanks Precision!

Service guy was on time and very knowledgeable. I appreciate the name & picture of the technician before his arrival. He took time to inspect the door for other issues other than the obvious broken tension spring, and explained what would be best before performing the service as well as provided the price. I would like to say it is refreshing to work with such a great company for a change. Many companies barely give you the right time of day before and after selling you their products, but my experience with Precision Door Service and especially with Gary, our installer, was fantastic. The company was very timely in their estimate responses, meeting our requested installation date and providing an expert installation technician. The new door looks fantastic and is much quieter. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the Columbus, OH area!

Well thanks to the owner, Beth, my problem has been resolved. I truly appreciate her concern regarding the issue with my garage door. After it was installed (none of us noticed it right away), we saw there were some defects in each panel of the garage door (sort of like welts in the metal). I was also not completely happy with the color, as it turned out a bit too dark to match the top trim. But Beth heard me out, and resolved this problem. She even got me another color, which I truly appreciate. I really appreciate Beth's kindness in resolving this issue. Some companies might have just "blown me off" and ignored my concerns. I am very happy with the results of the new door. I even decided to upgrade a notch for a bit more insulation, and wow, this door looks awesome! Very solid. Thank you Beth, and Gary for putting the door in. Gary is very good at his job too. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Gary was superb, very considerate, knew his job extremely well, and was very professional. I feel lucky to have him install my new garage door. Thank you all! Genna, in your office was very considerate and compassionate as well. The only issue I had was that your supplier refused to void out the door I ordered because he said it is a less ordered door and he did not know if he could sell it again. My door completely broke, forcing me to leave my car outside until the door came. So I asked for another door you had in stock. You could have come out with another door the next day, but because the supplier was not willing to cancel his door, and allow me get one you had in stock, I was forced to leave my car out overnight for more than a week on a busy, very dangerous and fairly high crime street. That upset me that your supplier thought it was more important to turn a profit for himsef, then to be concerned for my safety, and the safety of my vehicle. There is an exression: "The number one cause of poverty is greed." Don't you think that was selfish of your supplier? Anyway, other than that I am very happy with your company and the door. Thank you.

The installer did an excellent job of installing the door opener. However, he told me that he would send me a copy of the invoice by email and ten days later I have not received the copy for my files.
