Alex came to our house today to help us with a problem. My Dad came to visit from Pittsburgh last night and as he pulled in he bumped the garage door and damaged it. He was mortified. He immediately called Precision in the morning and very shortly afterward Alex called. He was professional, pleasant, very helpful, empathetic, and made us feel very important. And he fixed our problem quickly. My Dad ordered a new door and if we’re lucky, Alex will install it! Thank you Jim and Precision!!

The yellow pages indicated repair would be soon - and we had two cars imprisoned inside. Someone came within two hours. (Our troubleshooting had produced no results.) Sorry, we have no paperwork so I can't tell you all that was done - more than springs. We now have a van where the tech couldn't program in the new opener information and AN OUTDOOR KEYPAD THAT DOESN'T RESPOND TO THE NUMBERS WE HAD PROGRAMED IN and no "clicker" for inside use. He did work efficiently and explained things as he went. Now to get our credit card accepted. Mary Anne

Was very impressed with how fast a tech was able to come out, it was on a Sunday also. The Tech was very knowledgeable, took his time to troubleshoot, even though it was an odd case I had, and provided me with my best options. I would highly recommend these guys! ALEX and associate diagnosed problem with garage door suggested multiple repair options. I chose to have new torsion spring along with a more poweful power door opener replaced. Upon completion Alex reviewed the work done and instructed me on new power door open operation. Both techs were very friendly and got the job done. Also they fashioned a new and improved bracket where the J hook attaches to the door to lift it. I would rate both techs as ***** *

Our technician (Alex E) called on the way as promised and arrived within the time window I was given. I also was not charged an extra fee for service on the weekend which was appreciated. My issue (garage door light only staying on for 30 seconds) ended up being a result of faulty bulbs. I was only charged the service fee and saved an extra $15 with the online coupon.

I am well pleased with my new garage door and the service that I received from Precision.. Alex is a very nice young man, polite and caring and very dedicated to his work ethics. The lady who answers the phone was also very nice and did all she could to meet my needs. I was upset and concerned because my garage had been badly damaged by an intruder and they went beyond the call of duty to get my door replaced. i will recommend your company to anyone who needs this type of service.

Alex was awesome!! Read several other comments regarding Alex’s professionalism, friendliness, patience and expertise. Alex lived up to the expectation. Decided to get a new garage door opener along with the repair of the busted spring and cable. Alex even offered his expertise on what brand has worked best for customers. Great experience, I had previously called another company to solve our garage door issue and they were unable to do anything, Precision technician instead solved the problem, did not charge us an astronomical fee, came on time, called us 15 minutes before arriving, and, very important, the appointment was for 6 pm at night, which allowed me not to miss work. I definitively recommend this company.

Alex was great he kept working until my garage door opener was opening from the sidewalk. I was ok with it opening from driveway but he wanted it perfect and working like it supposed to. Both my springs were broke and now my garage is quiet and working like new.

we're leaving at this morning to go to the store when we put the garage door down it went right backup I call persuasion door and they said they could be out today Alex showed up about quarter till one anhd we had have a new open her install and he did at fabulous job very courteous and polite young man and knew the business and will use you again thank you again for the quick service
