I had chosen to use Precision a year or so ago to install a new garage door opener. When the key pad stopped working I called to have it looked at. A tech was available on the same day to come out and look at the problem. Was able to fix the situation with no problem.

I was very happy with the service I received from Precision Garage Door. I was given a 2 hour window of time when the repair person would arrive. He was actually early but had called to ask if it would be OK. Jason was very pleasant and courteous. He carefully explained what was wrong with my garage door opener (the spring was broken), gave me several options with clear explanations and completed the job in a timely manner. Afterwards, he again went over the charges and explained about the warranty. I liked that he gave me his business card in case I had any questions or needed further repairs.

We had a cable break on our garage door the evening on Tuesday 4/26 we called Precision Garage Door (we have used before) got apt.set for next morning at 8am..service tech Tim Tomlinson was here at about 8:10am and completed the service and was gone before 8:45…replaced 2cables and adjusted the door all under warranty we purchased back in 2005 from them…Outstanding company with very professional staff

I am very happy to give a five star rating to Gary L. He is an amazing,friendly,knowledgeable young man. He called before his arrival to my home and was here on time. He very quickly diagnosed the issues with my garage door,fully explained my options,and took the time to speak to my son on the phone to explain to him what needed to be done. That gesture was very important to a senior citizen. I had options to decide on,no pressure,just the facts. The work was finished in a timely,professional manner. Gary is just a great,friendly individual. I thank him for his kindness.

Everyone I spoke with was kind, understanding, and Ashley was able to get someone out to us on the same day. When Johnny arrived, he got the door working again quickly. Not only did he thoroughly explain what was needed, but he also gave us an estimate that was easy to understand. We were very impressed, and grateful, that Ashley, Johnny, and Ead were able to help us so quickly. I had a "failure to open" problem and I thought I might need to replace the electrical parts. I heard your TV and checked your advertisement on line and was pleased with the ratings and comments I found there. My experience was completely pleasant, reassuring and professional. A technician was scheduled to come within a time frame of my choosing that afternoon . He called when on the way. He discussed replacement of the system but found the present problem to be repairable so I chose that option. Based on my experience I would give a 5 star rating.

Rodney did a great job replacing rollers on our garage door track. He also nailed down a piece of trim. Rodney was very knowledgeable, personable and polite. I broke my garage door Sunday evening. Was able to get the car inside so called Precision Monday morning at 8:30. Was scheduled for service between 10 am and 2 pm. Service tech called about 9:45 to say he'd arrive in about 30 minutes. He arrived at 10:15. We reviewed my problem--the door was uneven--the right side was closing about 1 inch off the floor. The technician, Dustin K, operated the door with the door opener to see what was going on. Then he disconnected the garage door opener and operated the door by hand. It was hard to raise and slammed down. His analysis was that the springs were not operating correctly--there was not enough tension. He also identified a damaged cable--that was my fault. He gave an estimate of what needed to be replaced and the price. He replaced both tension springs and the cable and adjusted to door. Now it works perfectly. I approved his recommendation. He completed the work in about half and hour and encouraged me to operate the door opener. Every thing worked perfect. His charge was equal to his estimate. Dustin seemed to know what he was doing, did it right and within his estimate. He was personable and easy to work with. I recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service and would certainly use them again if I need service.

Our garage door went out today and Precision was able to come out same day which was awesome. Derek was our technician. He was knowledgeable, respectful, nice, and seemed very genuine. He broke down our different options and we ended up customizing a bit but overall it was a very pleasant experience. I chose Precision to handle my minor automatic garage door issue because they are the one that not only installed MY opener in my condo, but installed the one in my nearby sister's garage, too. "Dan" came within the 2 hour appointment window (on a Sunday!) as scheduled, quickly fixed the issue, and fixed a couple of other minor things with the opener. We also had a very friendly time talking about my favorite soccer team, the CREW! I will definitely contact Precision again for any issues I have with both my garage door opener and my sister's. 5 stars FOR SURE!

Called at noon on a Sunday. Had Michael B in my garage by 2:45 pm. Garage door was repaired by 3:45. Michael didn't try to upsell me. He saw the issue, fixed it, and was done. I will be calling them for all of my garage door needs, from here on out.
