I called yesterday morning 5/4/22 and before noon Jonathon S the tech come he explained my option and cost for repair or replacement of garage door. I decided on a new door Jonathon made all the arrangement. Aaron Foster the installer came around 4 pm with the new door and around one hour I had a new garage door the same day. Jonathon And Aaron were super nice and were very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Precision Door for all your repairs. Thank You, Bob P. decided to replace the door

Jonathan S was my technician for the day when my garage suddenly stopped working. He was polite, smart, funny and helped me through picking the best options for me and my garage door. Excellent service! Can't say enough good things about my experience! Dmitri was my technician and he was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. I used the chat now option and got an immediate response, and Dmitri was at my house w/in a hour. I will only use Precision from now on if I have any garage door service needs.

I drove into the driveway at 11:30 p.m. Tuesday (May 25), after work, to find that the garage door on my side of the garage would not open. Luckily, the other door opened. Problem - broken torsion spring on the 25-year-old door. I called the company that had installed new motors on the doors several years ago. They were scheduling service in late June. No thanks. So, I called Precision (based on comments on line), and the friendly person I spoke with scheduled a service call that same day. Residential technician Gary Lemaster arrived early, assessed the entire system and hardware on both doors. Based on his knowledge and competence, I decided to have him perform a comprehensive replacement of all components on both doors. He did so in short order and very professionally. I would recommend Precision to anyone seeking service.

Tim, the service person, was good. However, despite talking to scheduling person and describing the need for new batteries, and despite an email to them describing the need for battery replacement, the service person arrived without batteries and told me batteries were backordered. Admin to service person to customer communications were POOR!
