I received a prompt appointment to fix my broken garage door. David assessed my 20 year old garage doors and provided recommendations for fixing and rehabilitating the garage doors. I was interested in replacing my 20 year old openers, and David provided an immediate quote. Upon my approval, he fixed two garage doors and installed two openers. He had the parts and openers stocked in his truck. David worked well into the evening on a Sunday to complete the work. I appreciate his great workmanship and effort.

Had issues when I tried to open the garage door yesterday. First of all let me say that it was nice to actually have a person answer the phone when I called. I was able to schedule service for the next day and Tim was on time and very courteous. My garage door & opener are 25 years old. Tim did a safety inspection of the door and lubricated the moving parts which should get me through the winter. I'll be calling Precision to replace everything in the spring.

I couldn't be more pleased with Precision Garage Door of Columbus. I started having an issue with my door yesterday and by noon today it is completely fixed! I was able to setup my appointment online and there were time slots for the next day. The problem was the focus of the technician -- not selling me things I didn't need. Patrick was polite, informative and took care of the problem immediately! Precision will be the only place I call for any future needs.

Garage door was cracking and screeching and really needed maintenance. I had used Precision before and actually recommended it to others. Their representative, Derek, did an excellent job. He was professional but courteous, friendly, and let us know exactly what he had to do. And, yes I would use them again. The only reason for the 4 star rating was I thought the price was too high. I could have refused the work and called another company, but I know from experience that Precision is one of the best.

I was contacted by phone a few minutes after submitting an online request. Technician Jason was at our house within an hour of submitting the request. He fixed the problem, and suggested and completed a few things to better stabilized the process of the door opening and closing. All around great experience starting with booking the appointment with the live agent who answered the call on a Saturday for what was hopefully a same day appointment. Fortunately they had a slot open late afternoon where other companies could not accommodate me before the new years holiday. Not only did I get an appointment same day but the technician arrived early. Chaz was my technician and he was excellent. Clearly knows his field, provided great service and was an excellent representative for the firm. He was personable, efficient, and informative throughout the entire process. Would happily recommend him and the firm to anyone needing garage door service.

Every time I have called Precision they have been able to to come that day. Garage door opener (18 yrs old) died Christmas day. Called Precision the next morning and had a new garage door opener installed by Tom Palmer quickly and courteously the day after Christmas.

Jason Daring was an excellent technician who was most able to repair and install the needed repair on both the garage door opener and garage door, The repair by Precision has enable our garage door and opener to meet the standards necessary for additional 5-10 years performance at our home. I was very pleased with the service provided today by Adam Huston this morning. Adam was friendly and professional, explained the issue and made the repair quickly. He also identified other issues with the door that would cause issues in the future. The opener was 7-years old and needed maintenance. I was also pleased Precision has same day service because of an appointment later today. I certainly had to get my car out of the garage. Highly recommend Precision and will use them in the future.

Easily made an appointment on the website. Gave good options for service requested and appointment times. Tech was well within the requested appointment window. Was very polite and cheerful in person. Quickly assessed the damage and provided estimate of service. Repair actual amount did not exceed estimate given. Repair looks great and door works better than it did before the service.

David Hejduk came to replace broken garage door opener and done a very good job. He called right before the time frame that office told me to informed when will he arrive. He explained things clearly and helpful. It was late afternoon and he worked through night to finish the job. He also cleaned everything with nothing left on the floor, no paper, not staple and no screw. Job well done, David. Great company and technicians to deal with.

Great service! Had my garage door opener spring busted in two and Precision was quick to come out and get my car out of my garage. Dustin was excellent! He arrived earlier then my scheduled appointment, told me exactly what was needed, very personable and professional, and did the job really quick. Will definitely use Precision again.
